Moz rank tracking with new subpage address
-
Hello,
I have built a new website and the subpages web address are new. I haven't made a redirect yet but I am about to do it. How do I continue keeping track of my ranking evolution in moz. Do I need to indicate the new web address ? or once the redirect will be done will moz continue the tracking of my keywords showing the old web address but tracking the new address ?
Thank you,

Hi there!
It's difficult to answer this question without know how your campaigns are currently set up and the exact domain of the new sites areas. Generally speaking, if you're tracking a domain in a campaign and are not restricting the crawl to a specific subdomain or subfolder, we will crawl all pages accessible on that site as long as we can find links to those pages. If you're having the domain redirect to an entirely new domain, that may cause more complications as the new site could be seen as out of scope. If you want us to take a closer look at the situation and your existing campaigns, please reach out to us at help@moz.com.

Remove account from MOZ
I have subscribed for 1 month free Moz trial account. It was free but to subscribe this account I need to put my credit card details. Suddenly at the end of this 1 month term period, Moz tried to cut 149 Dollar from my account without notifying me. But they could not because there were insufficient funds on my credit card. I haven't used any services and would like to remove my account from Moz service? Would appreciate your assistance.

Keyword Ranking Report shows 3 duplicates for each keyword
I have a question about tracked keyword reports. When I extract my data for November for one of my campaigns, there seems to be 3 duplicates of each keyword in the report, each showing different ranking and rank change data. Can you confirm why this happens and how I can tell which the most recent data is? Thanks

Why didn't the Moz rankings change yesterday?
As of this morning, the Domain Authority section on our campaign still reads: "Next scheduled update: Jan 25, 2017 PST" and nothing has changed - it is still showing our old DA and how much it went up since last time. Is this a problem on our end, or is Moz experiencing difficulties with DA updates? Thanks in advance!

Does the Moz toolset have a monthly reporting function yet? Can't seem to find it in the interface. I'm trialling the software but probably going to move to another service if this isn't available.

Archived campaigns not in Moz Analytics
Hi team! Working in the awesome new Moz Analytics, I happened to notice that all (but one) of our archived campaigns seem to be missing from Moz Analytics (in the "Manage Your Campaigns" area). Have we jumped the gun and perhaps they're still working their way over in the migration? If so, do they have an estimated arrival date? Any light which can be shed on this is much appreciated. Thanks team!

Moz Netiquette
It's now happened three times in three days: I get unsolicited email (apparently harvested from my Moz profile) that invites me to try a new product or contribute to a new site. The senders are completely unknown to me. The emails are full of hype, sketchy on details and poorly written. They have all the hallmarks of phishing scams. But on further inquiry the emails seem to be legit. I nonetheless feel entitled to confess my extreme exasperation. When did sending unsolicited mass email of the "Dear Colleague" variety to perfect strangers become acceptable business practice? It's always struck me as being beyond the pale and beneath contempt. Why would anyone try to launch a business which such dubious and unsavoury tactics? Am I missing something here? Or becoming a fuddy duddy? I suppose I could remove my contact info from my MOZ profile, but I have found it useful in the past. What surprises me is that people would contact me "out of the blue" to ask for free help without making the slightest attempt to cultivate a relationship first. Am I wrong?
