Looking for Competitive Research Tool Recommendations
-
Hi Moz Community!
I'm doing research for a client and trying to gain insights around their competitors website data. Specifically trying to see what landing pages on the competitors site receive the most traffic. Does anyone currently use a tool that shows estimated traffic here? As an FYI, outside of MOZ Pro (which I love), I use SpyFu and SimilarWeb.
Right now my client's landing page traffic is mainly homepage traffic and we want to make reccos on where to grow outside the homepage to increase visibility in other specific areas where there is search demand. We have a good idea but I'm hoping the competitor web data will back up those recommendations.
Any recommendations here would be super valuable!
Thank you in advance for your time.

Ahrefs.com has a "top pages" tool which gives an estimate of organic search traffic generated by all keywords that a given URL ranks for in organic search shown alongside with the share of traffic to that page (in %) compared to the total websites' traffic in a selected country.

What a Brand should do first for Their Blog Keyword Research or Topic Research?
Hello Moz Community, Need your help guys. What a Brand should do first for their Blog? Keyword Research or Topic Research? Like for the Brand Product page/ eCom Pages, it's quite easy > 1. Buy "Product" Online

2. Buy "Product" "Geo."
3. Product Reviews [for Guest Posting or Reviews]
4. Best "Product" Online and so But, for the blog, it's tough for searching out the keywords that will work if the SEO team or the keyword research team is not aware or don't have the detailed knowledge about the niche they are working on. Please verify: Is it a correct method that an editor should provide a "topic" to the SEO team to find relevant keywords by using a Keyword Research tool that there are enough searches for it which can provide benefits to the blog via the search engine.0 -
SEMRUSH--- Tool Review
Please review this tool on your personal experiences with it. I used it on my domain and it reported Search Engine traffic as 10% of it's real (google analytics) traffic. I haven't really mastered GA or SEMRush but I am getting a bad taste. Please indicate your experiences. Tell me what you use the tool for. What are it's competitors etc...

Advice on using google analytics and webmaster tools....for noobs?
I was wondering if anyone could suggest any resources on how to use GA and webmaster tools? I just sort of look and see my stats, etc...but I'd like to learn how to find my low hanging fruit, and try to help it rank better. I don't really use those tools as well as I should. I know there various spreadsheet's you can use, etc, but I haven't found a good (and easy to understand) resource that helps you learn how to use those tools together well. Thanks

What is a Competitive Domain Analysis In Laimens Terms?
Hello all, I know what a Competitive Domain Analysis is, essentially, as a Developer, aspiring SEO master like Danny Dover, or Rand; LOL, I wish, those dudes a serious geniuses! I was looking for the Trifecta Tool, in SEOmoz, tools, but it seems to be gone??? So it looks like I will be using the "Competitive Domain Analysis", to assist my sales pitch. My Question is how would you explain it to a Client, or my Head Sales guy, for a pitch to a prospective career making client. Many thanks to your thoughts.
