Impact of Panda Algorithm Change on Articles Base.

I am a published author and researcher. All my articles are original content and high quality.
If I am looking for backlinks by submitting high quality original articles to Articles Base, how will the panda algorithm change affect me?
Should I be submitting articles somewhere else? If so, where? I greatly appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Submit a description of your article to sites such as reddit, stumbleupon, slashdot, digg... there you keep the article on your site and the visitors to reddit or these other sites rate its popularity.
Also, you can contact other websites or bloggers who already link out to great content in your topic area. If your content is really good then they will want to share your site with their visitors.

If we publish articles ( i don't mean low quality articles ), do they benefit the site more as compared to posting them to various article directories ? in both the cases, the link will go to the main site.

Are there any reputable & affordable blog/article submission services nowadays?
Since the calamity of Penguin I know several article submission websites got a really bad wrap (many deservedly so). However if done carefully and legitimately I believe article promotion can still be a bona fide SEO link building tool. I currently have a client that has hundreds of good blog posts. We have done some modest article promotions via local news websites. However I feel like this content could use more of a push. Does anybody know of any reputable article/blog post promotion websites?

many of the websites we designed have a copyright link in the footer. Like: webdesign by company name then this is made a hyperlink to our company website. Some of these websites have a high PR and other metrics but rarely are about webdesign. What is a clever thing to do? Tom

I could use some help with Link Building Post Panda
I am new to Internet Marketing world and want to become a great SEO. My biggest challenge is How To of Back linking. Not the reason and theory behind back linking. But more the actual hands on Back linking strategy. I feel that a lot of the back linking information out there is so mixed.Rand did a White board Friday lesson on the new link building strategies. When searching for back linking strategies it is filled with all the old link building tactics. What I wanted to ask is all the experienced back link people is, Have you changed your back linking strategy. Or just parts of your strategies. It all seems very confusing for a newbie when it seems the industry it self is still uncertain. Any advice on where a newbie should be starting their new back linking strategy. Can sites like Ezine.com and Articlebase.com still be used to create good links? I have heard since Penguin, that article submission sites like those don't work anymore for link building. I have a client who can't put new content on his site and will rely on link building, what is the best way to go about it?? Thanks.
