Unsolved Help with my 4xx Errors

Site Crawler has found a range of 4xx errors on my website. But, the urls aren't ones I've created and instead have the handle of my social channels attached to the end - and I've no idea how this has happened. Any tips or insights on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.! I've attached a screenshot below:

Unsolved Moz Crawl seems to be stuck?

Open Site Explorer: Error receiving data
Hi, When searching many URLs in Open Site Explorer, we seem to be getting the same "There was an error getting your data" message come up instead of the URL's metrics and inbound links. Error Code 612 with robots.txt 200
Hi! I am getting this message Error Code 612: Error response for robots.txt, so the crawler do not check any page of the site. The status code for the robots.txt is 200 and it does not seem Googlebot has any problem crawling the site, so I don't know what the matter is. Does sitemap auto generation help in SEO 2015
Dear All, May be this is a common question in forum, but wanted to ask specifically for 2015. Does automatic site generators will help in SEO. I added a new website and google started crawling it, without adding sitemap.xml, So does it really matter to have sitemap or updating the sitemap. Thanks, Om

Error Code 804: HTTPS (SSL) Error Encountered The Moz Help Section only says: 804 HTTPS (SSL) error 804 errors result from a site with misconfigured SSL software. If Moz's crawlers cannot correctly interpret an SSL response for a home page, the crawl ends immediately. My site is publicly accessible on https - https://www.compleetverkleed.nl/ And I'm not seeing any issues with my certificate. Can anyone help me out? What steps can I take to troubleshoot this error? If SSL is misconfigured, how do I configure it properly?3 -
Remove Meta Description Errors
When Moz shows pages that are 404's you are able to remove them after the issue is fixed. Is there a way to do this for missing Meta Descriptions? It shows that numerous pages are missing them, but when I go look, it's already been corrected and it is still showing months later.

Clicking on "Filter" on "Just discovered"tab errors out
IF you click on the "fiter" button on the "just discovered" tab in OSE, page returns message "no links found." This is weird because that message displays even when you didn't actually filter for anything, but just clicked on the button.
