How can I find a page ranking?

On the ranking page Seo Moz displays words/pages in the top 50. How can you find where that word/page is ranked if it's below 50 and say up to 200?

In many SEO reports keywords that rank above position 50 are left off the report. This is because keywords ranked above 50 tend to jump position a lot so they are of of no real reporting value.
In many reports you will see "not in the top 50" or ">50".

There's an add-on for Firefox that I use called Rank Checker.

Internal Linking inside page content
Hi! Actually, i have been getting down after i fix internal links on each page. What i have done is linked keywords to the concern pages from other pages on same website. But i see the result going down in the google organic list. is this bad practice? example: http://www.nortekk.no/vi-utforer/blikkenslager-15/ Keyword : blikkenslager 1. Why was there a big drop in a lot of my rankings today
I just checked my campaign and ALL of my Google ranks have drop by 2-40 spots for the 10 keywords I track. I know this is always a tough question to field, but what could cause should a drop across the board? ...a penalty? ...a late Google April Fools joke? 😉

On-page Keyword Optimization
So I have created a page for the term "denver buick" but the next largest search term is for "buick denver." Should I create another page focusing on this keyword, or optimize one page for both? It's hard to come up with unique content since they are the basically the same term. But most importantly, if I make this new page, how do I incorporate it into the site architecture? Thanks!
