Firefox Export to pdf Bug?
-
UPDATED: Okay, it works in Chrome, but not Firefox 13.0.1. In Chrome, a new page is loaded with the .pdf, but in Firefox the page is requested, i can see the keyword and the URL being passed to SEOmoz, but there doesn't seem to be any response and the page is neither reloaded or redirected. Nothing happens.
I'm happy to use Chrome, but is this a bug for Firefox 13? Does anyone else experience the same lack of result in Firefox?
Thank you,
Michael
I run an Onpage Analysis Report, and click the "Export to PDF" button. The page shows as connecting, but then when it stops, I'm still on the same page and cannot find the pdf in my inbox or in my downloads file. Where do I go to retrieve the pdf once it's generated?
Thank you!
Michael

I use Chrome and it's usually on the bottom download bar when it's done. If it isn't there it is in the downloads folder in the finder, however that is on a Mac.
Regardless, usually there is some kind of indicator on where the file will be when you click download, either a box will pop up or it will be in the download folder. I would try searching your local system with something like 'Analysis' or 'On Page'. It should pop up somewhere sometimes browsers save to a temp file which will make it harder to find.

SEO Moz Bug? Universal Placements
Had a quick look around and can't find anything relating to this. We are doing really well with our universal placements, google places etc. SEOMoz used to recognise them, but now I have no universal placements according to SEOMoz, though they are clearly all still doing well. But in the program, or problem with the data? Thanks Marc

SEO Yoast data export
Just thought I would give something back. (Is this the right place!) I use Wordpress with the excellent SEO Yoast plugin. I needed a way of extracting the focus keywords that I have entered onto my pages along with the url for use on the SEOmoz On-page Optimisation tool. So I created GetYoastData which outputs to the browser the required data (and a bit more) that can be saved into an csv (Excel) file. Hope you find it useful - Yes it's not polished and yes it might output a blank line now and again but it's fairly useful. http://deanandrews.uk/get-yoast-seo-data/

Why does the csv export from OSE only include 25 of the 90+ links?
In OpenSiteExplorer, I clicked "Download CSV" for a report on backlinks from one domain to another. The online visualization in OSE showed 93 external inbound links from site A to site B. When I opened the report, there are only 25 linking pages listed. How do I download the full list?

Edit SEOmoz Profile Bug
Hi,
Moz Pro | | rayvensoft
I am trying to complete my SEOmoz profile, but there seems to be a bug. I am able to fill out everything except the 'favorite topics'. It lets me go in and fill it out, but when I click the update button to save it it does not save, and still shows up as missing in bar at the top. I have tried it in Mozilla, IE and Chrome, and it still does not work. Am I missing something? Thanks.0 -
Can export be sped up?
Good tool guys. Basically, when I used to work at a software development company, we used to have a huge hosted app that had to import/export 10's of 1,000's of records, and at batch of 10,000 could be done in a few seconds. When exporting from OSE, it can take several minutes. Thanks and keep up the good work. Look forward to when your database can catch up to Yahoo's old SiteExplorer (yes, I know they were a full on search engine 🙂 but your one of the only decent alternatives, so guessing you're getting quite popular now 🙂

OSE Linking Domains CSV Export Blank?
For some client domains, I've tried to do a CSV export from the OSE Linking Domains page, I get a CSV that contains the typical OSE header text, but no output records. Before I click the CSV link I always choose "show domains with links to All pages on the Root Domain". It doesn't happen with every domain I've tried this with, and when I've had the time/patience, some of the time if I try hours later, I get data. The problem though is I rarely have the luxury of running reports a second time during the audit cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a bug, or just an export fail due to system resources or something?
