Do you have another page that you created instead of this one:
http://www.thexxxhouse.com/what_sets_us_aparat.html
If so then you need to redirect it to the new page.
Also I just tried going to your homepage http://www.thexxxhouse.com and its showing a 404 page as well.
Are you using a CMS? It might be that somehow you or someone else removed all of your content. Please send more details on what happened prior to this...

What you actually want? As you said that this page has already been removed from the server, just wait few days and Google will automatically detect this. And in the mean time, you should run Xenu to find out pages that have link reference to this page (if any). Just fix this and you are good.

Seems a bit of a strange approach to me.

Does 404 hurts my website.? My website reporting 404 crawl errors on pages that have never been part of the website. Site showing lot of 404 errors and all errors from Blog.We didn't create any pages .Automatically pages are created and showing 404 (Not Found) error response..Please any one help me to identify those issues.?

Increase in Not Found Errors
Hello All, Looking for input on an issue I am having. We used to have a website www.gazaro.com. It was a price comparison engine for consumers. A shift in the focus of the business resulted in www.360pi.com - a price intelligence tool for retailers.The two websites have similar themes, so I thought it would be valuable to pass SEO juice from the old domain to the new domain.Back in August, I noticed that Gazaro was redirected to 360pi with a meta refresh. I know a 301 redirect is preferable to a meta refresh, so we switched to a 301 redirect.Since that happened, there has been a spike in 404 errors in webmaster tools. If you hover over the url, it is actuallywww.360pi.com/deal/amazon etc etc. It is looking for gazaro urls on the 360pi domain - which don't exist. I think this is hurting our homepage ranking. Our homepage no longer ranks for "price intelligence" when it used to be in pos. 4 or 5. As it turns out, we are ranking #1 for "price intelligence" but with our product page.I'm wondering why the 404 are happening. Is something setup in correctly? Client with Very Very Bad Onsite SEO
So one of my clients has a really really bad website from the technical perspective. I am talking over 75k in violations and warnings. Granted, the tagging is done well but any other SEO violation you can think of is occurring. In any case, they are building a new website, and I am on a retainer for a couple hours a week to do some link building. I am feeling like I am not getting anywhere. What is your advice? Should I keep on keeping on or advice the client to put SEO on hold until the technical issues are resolved. I feel like all of this link building isn't having the value that it could have with a site like this.

Fixing Duplicate Pages Titles/Content
I have a DNN site, which I created friendly URL's for; however, the creation of the friendly URL's then created duplicate page content and titles. I was able to fix all but two URL's with rel="canonical" links. BUT The two that are giving me the most issues are pointing to my homepage. When I added the rel = "canonical" link the page then becomes not indexable. And for whatever reason, I can't add a 301 redirect to the homepage because it then gives me "can't display webpage" error message. I am new to SEO and to DNN, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to handle Not found Crawl errors?
I'm using Google webmaster tools and able to see Not found Crawl errors. I have set up custom 404 page for all broken links. You can see my custom 404 page as follow. http://www.vistastores.com/404 But, I have question about it. Will it require to set 301 redirect for broken links which found in Google webmaster tools?
