Just checked it for you and it looks to be working A-OK
Basically, if you try and type in finalduties.co.uk in your URL bar now, you will see that you're taken to the www.finalduties.co.uk website - just as intended.

Hi Guys thanks for you answers, i a bit of noob when it comes to .htacess but my file now looks like this,
# BEGIN WordPressOptions +Followsymlinks
** RewriteEngine On**
** RewriteBase /**
** RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f**
** RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d**
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^finalduties.co.uk
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.finalduties.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L]
CheckSpelling On
# END WordPress
As you can see there was already some data in the file so i just added the 2 lines
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^finalduties.co.uk
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.finalduties.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L]
How can i check if this is working?
Many thanks for your help
Chris

I agree with Tom
The issue is related to the www and non-www version of your site being indexed.
Here is a simple fix it using 301 redirects in .htaccess if you have access to it.
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^finalduties.co.uk
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.finalduties.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L] -
You've effectively got 2 versions of your homepage live and ranking.
Using web-sniffer, you can see that both finalduties.co.uk and www.finalduties.co.uk are both giving 200 responses. Google is effectively seeing both versions as two separate pages.
This can obviously be a problem because it might lead to duplicate content. What you would want to do is 301 redirect one URL to the other.
Looking at your site architecture and linking, it looks as though you will want to 301 redirect http://finalduties.co.uk to http://www.finalduties.co.uk. For more info on 301 redirecting, follow this guide.

New website - not showing in Google?
This site was launched 3 days ago, bimcosupply.com and I'm trying to get it to show in Google just for a branded search for the moment (Bimco, Bimco Corporation, etc). The old site is still showing in search, bimcoplumbingsupplies.com instead. This site was taken down a while back. I set up a redirect for the domain in cPanel, and also set individual pages to redirect in WordPress on the bimcosupply.com site. I've verified the site in Google Search Console, submitted a sitemap and did URL inspection on each page. Each page is showing as indexed, though now when I search site:bimcosupply.com not all pages are there, and there are two results for the home page, one "https" and one "http." (Before today, all of the pages were showing so not sure what changed). I know this new domain does not have any (or very little) domain authority yet, but I would have thought that the site should display for branded search by now. So I'm concerned that something is wrong with the site, how the redirects are set up, etc. that is preventing it from displaying. Could anyone take a look and help me figure this out please?

Change theme or domain first?
I bought a new domain and I want to use it instead of my current domain for my website. I also want to change my theme. Which should I do first? At the time I have my new domain forwarded to my current domain.

Will This Domain Change Hurt
I have a potential client that is looking to change their domain for branding reasons, but does not want to lose their solid SERP position. I'm not concerned about links continuing to pass juice as he was (though I am concerned about the link profile). What I am concerned about is domain age (moving from a 4 year old domain to one that has just been parked for 4 years but not used, or one that is currently just a redirect to his site), and the fact that his current URL is an EMD. He is using his state (only really does work there), plus two solid keywords in the domain, and wants to switch to brand name with one of the two solid keywords he was using. My initial thought is "if it's not broke, don't fix it." How worried should I be about rankings if we change this domain. Thanks for the help, and fire back any questions. Sorry I'm a little vague.

Domain recommendations for non indexed sites
For complicated internal reasons (which I swear have validity) we are starting websites that will then disallow from Google for ~1 year. Is there any value in purchasing "premium" domains with SEO juice or will we lose the value in the time we are hiding the website from Google?

Slide show showing up as video in serp
Saw an interesting SERP today that made me wonder how this is working - A search for alaska train tours reveals the Flash slideshow from this page http://www.alaskatours.com/alaska_railroad_packages/alaska_family_tour.htm showing up on the second/third pages. I'm guessing this is the work of a video sitemap perhaps? Unsure how they pulled this off exactly, but I am very interested to see what people think as I could probably use this for a few different sites.
