"Unable to retrieve linking pages on this anchor at this time."
This is the notice I get when trying to see links for anchor text. Can someone help?

Hi Yoseph,
I'm sorry that you are having some trouble accessing the anchor text in Open Site Explorer. This doesn't seem to be a widespread issue and I was able to access that data when I logged into your account, so this may be a cookies issue on your browser. You should definitely make sure that third-party cookies are activated in your browser (I know it seems basic, but it really does help). This is how you do this:
Firefox: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/enabling+and+disabling+cookies Chrome: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?answer=95647
After you enable all cookies, including third-party, and save the settings, restart your browser and log back in to the SEOmoz.org site. After that, go to opensiteexplorer.org and make sure you are logged in (it indicates if you are logged in on top of the page). You should be good to go!
If you're still having problems, you may want to clear your cache and cookies as well. Here's how:
Firefox: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Clear Recent History#w_how-do-i-clear-my-history (clear at least your cache and cookies) Chrome: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95582
After it's all cleared out, try restarting the browser again and then logging in. You should be set.
I hope this helps! Let me know if it doesn't work.

Open Site Explorer produces better results for www.50campfires.com than 50campfires.com
Our website url is 50campfires.com and www.50campfires.com redirects to 50campfires.com Look at the Open Site Explorer results for the two and www.50campfires.com has better results. Does google have an issue with this or may it be confusing them? We have redirects in place. How would I go about fixing this? More on what strategies would improve Page Authority and Page Rank. Working with Open Site Explorer
Hi everyone, I'm new to keyword analysis, and am in the process of consuming a lot of SEOmoz articles and resources on the subject. I wanted to see if I'm correct in my analysis of two compared sites, and hope you can shed some light on the matter. I've been to the Google Keyword Tool and looked for my informational keywords for the project I'm working on, since the user intent is all about information. A not-so-great keyword phrase I've found with 12,100 local monthly searches is: "programa de inglês" (english programme) I'm just using this as a quick example. I have performed a Google search query for the above phrase from google.com.br (Brazil), and I'm comparing the #2 and #4 results from the 1st page of the SERPs which are: #2) www.programa-ingles.net and #4) http://www.baixaki.com.br/categorias/educacao-e-diversao.htm. What's confusing me is that in Open Site Explorer, the #4 result gets a much higher page authority compared to the #2 result, and beats #2 on every category except for internal–external link ratio and all the social categories. Here's an image attached of the comparison. Is it the fact that the external links of #2 account for 100% of the links pointing to it, or that the #2 position beats (rather pitifully) #5 on social sharing, or is it something that I've not stumbled across yet? Thanks in advance for helping out a n00b. 6HU6hBi.png

My domain authority is 1, and I am not seeing any links to my site.
I know that there are links to my site, but nothing shows up. My website is www.mullinsgeoffrey.com. I have tried with and without the www. I am using wordpress for this site, but competitors are as well, and there authority seems fine. is there a hidden setting somewhere that is screwing things up?

Inbound Link Discrepancy: Campaign vs Open Site Explorer
Hello, I am getting starkly different inbound link amounts from Open Site Explorer and my Campaigns tab. Domain 1
Moz Pro | | truckguy77
Campaigns: Total links = 10,895,942 Open Site Explorer - Links = 224,000 Domain 2
Campaigns: Total links = 25,670,287
Open Site Explorer - Links = 157,000 Why would these be so different? For reference, the "Historical Domain Analysis" shows these sites getting exponentially more links starting in February. This is of concern to me. I didn't do anything different in February to get so many more links (especially not in the millions). If anything, I am hoping the "Campaigns" section is simply wrong about this.0 -
SEOMoz SERP Overlay Vs. Opensite Explorer
This may be a simple answer, but when I search for a term and see a website on the SERP, the SEOMoz tool bar shows link data beneath the link. For this site in particular, it shows 300+ links for the root domain and for the page, it shows 8 links. When I put that website in opensite explorer, it shows the same data for the "Page" stats (8 links from 3 root domains), but nowhere can I find where the 315 links from 4 domains comes from. So my questions is why do those links show in the SERP overlay, but not in OSE? il5y9.png

When does Open Site Explorer automatically follow a redirect?
Does anyone know what determines when Open Site Explorer will ask if you meant to type in the redirected URL or when it will automatically change the URL to the www version. example of a site I get asked the redirect question: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/comparisons.html?site=checkbook.org Oh Hey! It looks like that URL redirects to www.checkbook.org/. Would you like to see data for <a class="clickable redirects">that URL instead</a>? example of a site that redirects automatically: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/comparisons.html?site=healthleap.com

Any SEO moz users notice a HUGE change in OSE (Open Site Explorer) link data numbers?
Hi All, I am having some serious concern with OSE data recently for numerous clients, one client I want to talk about today has the following data from OSE for the month of August 2011 compared with July 2011: Total links to the domain: (decrease of around 100,000+)
Moz Pro | | ColumbusAustralia
External Followed links: (decrease by around 5,000)
**Linking Root domains: (decrease of over 60) ** The crazy thing is that the domain authority has actually gone up by around 5 points for this client even though every thing has suddenly gone down? Also funny thing is we have been link building quite strong for this client over the last 12 months using only high quality sources from out niche. I am worried that their is serious issues with the data, I realise we saw some updates to OSE recently yet I am suprised it can be this drastic. Kind Regards. PSV1 -
My Campaign just picked up the .com.au site and is showing data
I've got a campaign set up here in SEOmoz and it appears that it just started picking up data for a site that is not mine. Our site is examplesite.com and i noticed that SEOmoz has begun including examplesite.com.au and is showing 20,000 302's from this site. The .com.au site is in no way related to our business and should not be tracked in our campaign. Has this happened to anyone else?
