Question about Google Search Results

I have a question regarding google search results.
I have a website www.911signalusa.com when you type this into google search box the URL comes up repeatedly. I have several competitors here is one of them www.emergencycity.com when you type in their name it only come up as the first result.
How did our SEO guys make this happen? I have another site tha when we type in the URL it only comes up as the first result.
However when you do site:www.------.com All of these site are indexed in Google.
It is not causing any problem we knoe of but it appears to me that our 1 site has it better? Or is it that maybe there are very minimal links to the site?

I must admit that I am not sure if I have understood correctly your question...
So, you are saying that when you do a search with your domain name, you see Google presenting you all URLs from your site. That is normal, because Google is offering you exactly what you were looking for with that search: pages your site domain name. That means that Google presents you also pages from others sites than your, but which have your domain name present in their content.
In the case of your competitor, Google present a different kind of Search Result Page. In this version www.emergencycity.com appears as first and with six sitelinks. This is also normal and usually it is a good health signal, because it means that Google present it as an online entity and with a better organized snippet (home page + the 6 pages it considers are the most used thanks to its own knowledge base).
After that snippet, you see all sites that have your competitor's domain name in their content.
And now it comes the part that I did not understand:
However when you do site:www.------.com All of these site are indexed in Google.
May I ask you what kind of query did you use? I mean... www.------.com is not a logical query, is it?
Finally, with a very fast view on Open Site Explorer, your site and emergencycity.com seem almost identical, but - even if your site has a better Home Page Page Authority and a bunch of unique domain names linking than emergencycity.com, the DA (Domain Authority) of your competitors is higher, because it owns backlinks also for some of its internal pages. Personally I would suggest you to not limit the linking to your site only to the homepage, but also to other pages in order to have a better DA, a better link equity distribution and offering Googlebot more entrances for crawling your site.

Sorry, it's not some cool SEO trick. (At least does not appear so to me.) I believe it is due to two things: First, they have affiliates (publishers) that seem to be selling for them and by virtue of that putting content with their name on it on the web, and second, they seem to have done more link building with sites that publish. Now, if you want to test if your SEO team is doing this on purpose, try this: remove www as the sub domain and search on 911signalusa.com - you will get a different result. To see all your pages that are indexed on Google, put in Site:911signalusa.com.
I was just looking at basic content, etc. and the first thing I looked at was a dash light. I cracked up when read the product description: _We understand that sometimes, you just need that one compact dash light to add to your collection._OK, that proves it...cops can be wierd!

Question on AMP
I'd like to utilize AMP for faster loading for one of my clients. However, it is essential that this client have chat. My developer is having trouble incorporating chat with AMP, and he claims that it isn't possible to integrate the two. Can anyone advise me as to whether this is accurate? Competitors Showing in Branded Search w/in Google FR
Hi All, When searching for our brand in Google France, I noticed that some of our major competitors show up beneath our Knowledge Graph listing. Does Google index more than three levels down if the XML sitemap is submitted via Google webmaster Tools?
We are building a very big ecommerce site. The site has 1000 products and has many categories/levels. The site is still in construccion so you cannot see it online. How to optimise for search results which are affected by Query Deserves Freshness?
I am looking to rank a clients site for certain keywords which have a huge exact local search volume in the 200,000 region. Many of these keywords are celebrity names like Victoria Beckham, Pippa Middleton. etc. 9 times out of 10 these people are in the news and the first page is taken up by new article/news results. My client is a large media publishing company so their site is very relevant. Does anyone know how to optimise for getting on the first page with these types of queries? Thanks Barry

Pay on Organic Search Results
Are there companies out there that accept payment on the results they get for organic search listings? I have a site that I want to be number 1 for two terms on Google UK and .com and I while I dont think it will take much effort I would like to find a decent SEO company or person that can do this and be paid for the result. What do people think?

Organic Search Problems?
Hey guys, I am in need of a little help! I am currently an aspiring SEO (trying to absorb as much information as I can and implement changes to help my site organically)... Most of my experience revolves around SEM. That being said, I have a problem. My site is doing well through paid search... great quality scores, etc. However, the content on my site (and even my site as a whole) does not "appear" to rank well in Organic. To explain further... My site is federalautoloan.com... and when I type in exact article names (or even federal auto loan) into Google, nothing shows up. And yes, my content is all original/unique content. I've even recently added a unique Calculator to my site. site:federalautoloan.com in the search bar shows results for all of my pages... but it just seems as though Google does not like my site for some reason. At least in Organic. The odd thing is, none of my other sites have this problem. Do you guys have any advice? The only thing I can think of is that somehow my 301 redirect was performed improperly. Yes, I had a permanent redirect performed on my site about 4 months back. The URL we were using prior just wasn't performing as well in Paid Search. But seeing as how that is the preferred method by Google... I'm really at a loss... Again, my site is FederalAutoLoan.com. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Even generic SEO advice would be appreciated. Edit: Two other things to note... I have plugged my site into the SEOmoz Pro tool... the tool is not showing any issues for my site. I am also making use of Google Webmaster Tools and the only error that shows up for my site is a Soft 404 for one of my pmcs... Not sure why it is even pulling one of my pmcs... but as far as I can tell, there really shouldn't be any problems. Posing QU's on Google Variables "aclk", "gclid" "cd", "/aclk" "/search", "/url" etc
I've been doing a bit of stats research prompted by read the recent ranking blog http://www.seomoz.org/blog/gettings-rankings-into-ga-using-custom-variables There are a few things that have come up in my research that I'd like to clear up. The below analysis has been done on my "conversions". 1/. What does "/aclk" mean in the Referrer URL? I have noticed a strong correlation between this and "gclid" in the landing page variable. Does it mean "ad click" ?? Although they seem to "closely" correlate they don't exactly, so when I have /aclk in the referrer Url MOSTLY I have gclid in the landing page URL. BUT not always, and the same applies vice versa. It's pretty vital that I know what is the best way to monitor adwords PPC, so what is the best variable to go on? - Currently I am using "gclid", but I have about 25% extra referral URL's with /aclk in that dont have "gclid" in - so am I underestimating my number of PPC conversions? 2/. The use of the variable "cd" is great, but it is not always present. I have noticed that 99% of my google "Referrer URL's" either start with:
