SEOmoz not showing Google rankings accurately in Ranking Reports. How do we fix this?
-
We have a running campaign for a client who has rankings show for Yahoo and Bing within the SEOmoz Ranking Reports, however, Google shows no data or rankings. When we manually check from different IP's and computers and browsers, we see our client ranking very well in Google and for keywords which we have inside their campaign for SEOmoz.
Can anyone provide insight into this? Have you experienced this also? Our reports would look terrible going to the client if sent from SEOmoz directly as Google shows 0 (Not in Top 50) for all keywords, so we have to get rankings from other sources or manually to show our client.
Thank you in advance for your help and tips everyone!

Hey there!
It looks like you are referring to the same domain in your other question here: http://moz.com/community/q/have-a-campaign-but-only-states-1-page-has-been-crawled-by-seomoz-bots-what-needs-to-be-done-to-have-all-the-pages-crawled
I've posted my response there as the solution will also resolve this issue.
Cheers!

Are you sure you have the right Google set up in SEO Moz, for example if you live in the UK when you search Google it will default to google.co.uk and show results within that, as opposed to google.com. If we are ranking a client locally in Ireland, we insure to have SEO Moz report results for google.ie, as google.com will obviously shown different results
Also, insure you are not logged into Google while searching the results, as Google can show local results within the SERP associated with your location.
Lastly, has SEO Moz ever shown any results, did your last report contain results, or have they never ever shown any results, if they have never shown any results and your client is rankign for some time, I would suggest you verify as indicated above
SEO Moz can be sometimes late updating results, but its never happened where over a prelonged period of time they did not update with the correct results
Can you give us one of the terms you rank well for and i can check with the search engines, oh and where you are located, or the client is
John

Keyword Ranking Report: does the organic traffic data take into account visitors logged into Google?
Hi there In Google Analytics, if a visitor to your website is logged into Google at the time of searching, the referral keyword is registered as 'unknown'. So, I am curious as to how the traffic data for any given keyword in my campaign is calculated? Thanks Laurie

Ranking report orderng when exporting to pdf
When I am in my rankings report I like to view the results in order of ranking, so that the keywords with higher position in google for example appear at the top, which is great. However when I export it to PDF it seems to default back to appearing in alabetical order... is there a way around this? Thanks!

OSE - advanced reports.
Trying to run advanced reports, but am being told I've hit my daily report limited - and points me to signing up for a Pro membership - although I already have one. Been like this the last couple of days. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.

Rankings csv export doesn't show local rank
Is there a way to enable this in the settings somewhere? or is this simply not an available feature yet? Would be really great if there was an extra column in the report that shows local rank, as 93 of our top 100 keywords we track are all blended search results and a lot of the time this shows really inaccurate results because of this.

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues
This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. For more information on what caused the issue, how it's been resolved and any other updates on the issue, follow the thread here: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20836338-custom-reports-issues-resolved. We'll add any updates there. Also, we'd like to have all comments/questions from members in one place, so please use the Zendesk link for comments. We really appreciate your patience while we work through this. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at help@seomoz.org - we're always happy to help. Ranking better
Hello there, I am after some specific guidance on how to rank well for the keyword ‘Translation Services’. I have managed to get the site www.pstranslation.co.uk to page 2 of google UK for this key term. The difficulty is I seem to have run out of steam now on how to get higher rankings. After spending a considerable amount of time creating content and gaining links I managed to get the site from around page 15 on google uk to page 4 then to page 2. That’s where it seems to have stopped. I (think I) have got the onsite SEO pretty well nailed. I have got some good linkable content (http://www.pstranslation.co.uk/infog_languages.html,http://www.pstranslation.co.uk/language_resources_indus.html) and have plans to produce a more. Experience working within the language industry tells me that a top 3 position on page 1 for this keyword can very lucrative so my main focus of SEO is to rank well for this key phrase. There is a very good chance you reply will simply be get more (better) links and if it is that’s fine but is there anything else I can do? Am I missing a very obvious trick anywhere? Looking forward to your reply.
