Moz Local Problems

On the 9th I tried to get Moz Local, but it would not connect to the right g+ page. I've been told their working on it, but after a week...nothing.
Has anyone else had this problem? if so, how long did it take for them to fix it?

P.S. Mozzers, if you respond, do not mark it as "answered." I need answers from customers who can give me a timeline from their experience. As nice as you all are, I'm over the generic support responses.

Hey everyone!
Just got a note from Erin at MOZ and the Google+ issue is fixed! Kudos to the team on getting that done. I know how tedious and time consuming debugging this issue must have been, but they kept on it even after this thread went cold.

My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. I'm sorry if you received a generic support response. The truth is we don't have a timeline on when this will be fixed. Our engineers have been looking into this for over a week, but we don't have an ETA yet since it is something that needs to be fixed on a global level, and is not account specific. We always appreciate feedback, so I'll be sure to leave your question as "unanswered" so other members of the community can chime in.
As Kevin said, the Health Page (http://health.moz.com/) is a great place to stay posted on current issues. While we don't currently have this issue on our Moz Health Page, we're planning to update it!

Hey Kevin,
Mine is a different issue. It's specific to Moz Local; not the regular campaign settings. Actually, I'm assuming it's a different issue, because it's a different product. But, who knows, maybe they are related.

I still have problems connecting G+ to my campaigns here. There some tips that work for some but not for me and I really don't know why.

Unsolved Moz Local keeps deleting my suite number
Hi, I entered my address on my Moz Local profile but it keeps either (1) deleting my suite number, or (2) not syncing my suite number at all to any of the websites to which it's connected. I've tried putting the suite number in Address Line 1 with the address, and by itself in Address Line 2. I've also tried typing out Suite, Ste., STE, STE., etc. - nothing works and the suite number keeps getting deleted. Very frustrated, please help.

Unsolved Why is Moz telling me to add services when there isn't a ps
Screen Shot 2022-12-08 at 9.53.40 AM.png When I click the "Add services" link, it takes me to the "Rich Data" page where there isn't a place to list your services. All of the fields in my "Rich Data" page are full and there is not anymore room to name services. What do I do?

Moz Local: Does cancelling change information in business listings?
I was reading the FAQ on Moz Local and would like clarification about this question/answer: What happens to my listings on the sites in your network if I cancel my Moz Local subscription? Moz Local will simply report to the sites in our network that the listing is no longer under management by one of our customers. In this event, Acxiom and Neustar Localeze will revert your listings to their status prior to your Moz Local subscription. In some cases, your other listings will lose enhanced content like website URL, secondary category information, logos, and other images. Moz Local will not actively remove your listing from our network of sites. You will always have the ability to reclaim your listings manually on each site if you decide to cancel your Moz Local subscription. So let's say my business moved to another location. Then I signed up for a Moz Local subscription, updated my business address, and then did not renew. After I cancel the Moz Local subscription, will my business address in the Acxiom and Localeze listings revert to what it was before I changed it through Moz Local? Please let me know. Thanks!

New Company with Google+ but not in directories. Does Moz add those even though they show no listing status?
I am submitting a new company. I created a Google+ account that's been verified. Once it's on Moz local, will it be added to these directories even though it's not showing up that the business exists?

Moz Local, listings still not correct
I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

Google+ & Yelp Listings not recognized by Moz Local
I've been attempting to get a client's local listings all cleaned up using Moz Local. When I first did a scan, the Yelp listing was there but with an incorrect address. I uploaded all the data via CVS file successfully about a month ago. I logged into the claimed Yelp profile as the owner and made my adjustments. Now, the Moz Local tool says there is no Yelp listing and it's also reporting that there is no G+ page. Can anyone explain? Thanks!
