I'm setting up a new campaign and getting the error "This does not appear to be a valid URL" What's wrong?

I've tried multiple times (over 2 days) with every variation of the URL with no luck. Any ideas for why the URL does not seem to be working?

Without knowing the URL you are trying to use or being able to see the process makes answering this question very difficult.
I'd advise you to get in touch with someone from Moz at Help@Moz.com
They will be able to advise you on this issue and hopefully fix it.

Moz only crawling one page of a campaign, please help
Today I set up a new campaign for a client, however the crawl has only found the home page and is saying that the URL is unavailable. The site is definitely live and the URL is correct. I have set up the campaign 3 times one with the full address (http://www.) one with www. and with just the domain name. All three of these have come page with one page crawled and "unavailable" above the URL. It is picking up the crawl issues on the page and showing domain authority but I don't know why it's not crawling other pages. Prior to setting up the campaign I did a site crawl and Moz found everything then, so I don't know why it isn't now. Please help. Thanks

Standard Syntax in robots.txt doesn't prevent Moz bot from crawling
A client is getting many false positive site crawl errors for things like duplicate titles and duplicate content on pages that include /tag/ in the URL. An example is https://needquest.com/place_tag/autism-spectrum-disorder/page/4/ To resolve this we have set up a disallow statement in the robots.txt file that says

Disallow: /page/ For some reason this appears not to work, as the site crawl errors continue to list pages like this. Does anyone understand why that would be and what we need to do to properly disallow crawling these pages?0 -

Newbie question: 5 ways to get the most from Moz
Hi there, I'm new to Moz. I work for a furniture retailer and I'm in the process of auditing our digital presence and improving how we appear on Google and therefore to our customers. I am working on our website's content and SEO, Google Local Listing, getting our products added to Google Shopping and updating our social media accounts, removing old accounts and improving current ones. My question is, when you translate your website to another language, does moz crawl both or do i have to add another campaign to moz so that they can crawl it seperately?
Hello, i recently translated my website to spanish, keywords,meta tags, content etc. All of our URL for the translated pages start "ep", which symbolizes espanol. My question is, does moz crawl those pages along with my english pages? or do i have add another campaign for moz to crawl my spanish pages seperately?

Creating a new campaign?
Hi, Upon signing up I clicked the link to create a new campaign, but nothing happened. The background loaded and that was it. I tried refreshing and still nothing. I went to the Pro dashboard and keep seeing "Oops! Try refreshing the page, if that doesn't work, please click here to contact our help team." Under campaigns there's no button I see to create a new one. The documentation about it here:

is outdated. I tried putting in a support ticket but the link doesn't work, just redirects me back to the top of the page. I was using Firefox but switched to Chrome, but neither browser works. Any ideas? I have to say this isn't exactly the best first impression...0 -
