Why is "preview this query" button greyed out in Add & Manage Queries?
-
I am trying to set up an industry query in Add & Manage Queries but the "preview this query" button greyed out. I filled in the Query Name, Add Label: Industry and matches phrase exactly under Search Query.
Thank you for your help.

Write in to help@moz.com so that we can take a peek at your campaign, we should be able to figure out the cause of that negative number pretty quickly.

Hi,
I am having the same problem ( the button is inactive (greyed out)). but I cannot combine the queries as there is none available. I have -14 of 25 queries but cannot see where the -14 is coming from.
-
UPDATE:
In the top right of screen I had (-1) of 25 queries available. All accounts are limited to 25 queries. The button is greyed out when limit is hit.It seems that queries are automatically added when you add competitors and brands so I was unaware that queries already existed. I ended up combining some of these queries to free up some space for new ones by using the "OR" operator in the queries dialog for similar keywords. Thanks!

Good deal, JoAnne. Have a great weekend!

Thank you. I will contact the help team.

So you have filled in both fields, and selected the type of query, as in the screen cap? I just want to make sure, as there is not a known issue with this tool. If you are certain, please send a message directly to help@moz.com so the Help Team can look into what is going on with your account.
Thanks so much for your patience, JoAnne. We really appreciate it!

Hi Christy,
Yes, I filled in the search query box with the search term enclosed in quotes. There is no error message - I can't do anything because the button is inactive (greyed out).

Hi there, did you fill in the search query box with your search term enclosed in quotes? Also, are you receiving any error messages? So sorry for your trouble!

Moz says my pages don't have rel="canonical" but they do
Hi, I've just had my initial report from Moz and it says my pages are missing rel="canonical". I'm using the Yoast SEO plugin on my WordPress site which adds these automatically. I have also checked the source code for my pages and can see rel="canonical". What has gone wrong please?

Add Mobile To Q/A Categories
I want to suggest to Moz they add "mobile" as a Q/A category. Agree? Disagree? Is this the right place to suggest that? Thanks, Ruben
