Best paid tool for content promotion
-
As the title suggests, what are the best paid tools available for content promotion?
-
Yay. Good to hear!

Thanks Donna, that is a great help

Fraid not, but I did find this article from October 2013 helpful. (I have no relationship with the site owners. Just found the site when I was looking into options myself.) It compares the reach and benefits of different alternatives.
This article compares the costs, pros and cons of most of the options mentioned above. It's ws published just this month, so it it's current.
Lastly, someone on Moz asked in October last year " if anyone had experience or recommendations between either Taboola or Outbrain (or a better service I haven't heard of yet)". Here are the responses.
That should help!

Thanks Donna, any experiences you can share using these tools? Especially the last 4?

Don't know the "best" paid tool, but can give you some paid tool suggestions to check out if that helps:
- paid clicks on stumbleupon, twitter, reddit, and Facebook (depending on where you think your audience likes to hang out);
- Google retargeting;
- Outbrain;
- nrelate;
- LinkWithin; and
- Taboola.

What are the best advertising platforms for B2C?
Recently, Google ads stop being as effective. Same ads, cost, and web pages, but not getting the same results. Our budget is $4500/mo and need to get at least $25,000 in sales before increasing the budget. What ad platforms have you had success with?

Have you had success using adwords to promote blog content?
From time to time I see an ad pop up in search results for blog content and have often wondered how much success these ads have had in promoting the specific post. Does anyone have experience with this? What results did you see?

Best way to automize generation of google ads - API, scripts etc.
I am in the process of setting up a fresh adwords account for a recently launched ecommerce site with about 3000 products and would like to automize the generation of the ads based on a spreadsheet of our product database. I would like to have full control over the code to generate these ads and a programmer with knowledge in SOAP and javscript would be availlable to assist in implementation. Any recommendations? Would you use adwords API or rather adword scripts?

Looking to syndicate content - can't use PR Web or Outbrain URGENT!
I have a client in urgent need. They have a blog that they are trying to syndicate and drive traffic towards. Their blogs rest on individual URL's and their topics are loosely connected to the gaming industry. We are using PR Web and planned on using Outbrain to drive traffic, but the topics got pulled due to content restrictions. Any suggestions of tools I can use to help syndicate their blogs? Any and all recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated!

Best practice to separate paid from organic conversions in Google Analytics
I have a PPC campaign for a client with standalone landing pages with a form, not reachable from the website (although in the same domain). I've added the AdWords conversion code to the "thank you" page and I also added a Goal in

Google Analytics whose counter is increased every time the thank you page is reached. This way I can track conversions with both AdWords and Analytics. Is that correct? Should I import back in AdWords the goals from Analytics, as suggested in the AdWords account? I have another landing page with a form in the website, where I send users coming from
organic search, so I set up a second goal in Analytics for the thank you page of this form. Is this the reason why I am supposed to import in AdWords the analytics' goals, so that I could see both kind of conversions in both accounts? But the most important question is: If I send both PPC/organic visitors to the same landing page is there still a way to separate PPC from Organic conversions? Thank you very much for your advice. A heads-up about problems with the new Google Adwords Keyword Planner tool
I noticed that when I was using this tool, the data in the tables would change, often by a lot (up to 50%) when I sorted the columns. (Did nothing else, just sorted.) Since I was starting a new campaign and really needed data, I contacted Google about this and was told: "I understand that the estimates are changing in the Keyword Planner tool when you sort the data. I reproduced this on my end as well and was able to confirm that this is a known technical issue on our end." "Unfortunately the information in the Keyword Planner Tool is currently not the best source of data for your analysis." They then went on to suggest I just test things blindly. So, what do you do to get information about keyword traffic and ppc estimates?

No paid results for specific search term?
Just doing some research for a potential PPC campaign. For the search terms I'm looking to target, no paid results appear wither above or to the right of the organic SERPs. Does anyone know the reason for this? Search term "Cigar Merchants" Is this because the search term is smoking related? Thanks!
