Sorry for the delay. This bug has been resolved and we are wondering if you are still experiencing issues.

This definitely looks like a bug and I have sent this over to our engineers to investigate. I will let know when this is fixed!

I would advise to get in touch via https://moz.com/help/contact as this could be an issue that only affects your keywords.

Keyword Explorer Stuck

Is anyone else experiencing troubles with Keyword Explorer? We have several keyword lists and they keep getting frozen on "Gathering Metrics" for days, even if we had results for those particular keywords previously. Keyword Difficulty tool showing Google search volume or Bing?

Hi, I plugged in a bunch of keywords to know their search volume, chose Google from the drop down and then chose English from the next dropdown and clicked on Check dificulty. It shoes me "Bing Search Volume (Exact Match)" on top but shows the name of the keyword and "for Google CA" on the left. Is the search volume for Google? or Bing? and the difficulty as well? Google or Bing? "

Keyword Difficulty Score Meter: how to interpret levels

I'm hoping to find what percentages change the levels for the difficulty score meter in the keyword difficulty tool. For example, when does a blue -- non-competitive -- move into the green level, and so forth. Also, I can't find the description (names?) of all the levels (highly competitive, non-competitive, etc). Thanks for your help.

Is there a problem with New Campaign crawls being slow?

Hi I've created 3 new campaigns but results not showing as usual. I know the full results take up to 7 days but I usually see some basic info in a few minutes of creating the campaign. This problem happened a while ago and the campaign was never quite right in SEOMoz. Thanks for your help Steve
