Even when the index is updated - it still no guarantee that your links are going to show up. The Moz index is huge - but still only 25% (or less) of the Google index.
Check https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer -
"Just so you know, here's how we compile our index:
- We grab the most recent index.
- We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains).
- We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled 65,000,000,000 pages (which is about 25% the amount in Google's index).
- Therefore, if the site is not linked to by one of these seed URLs (or one of the URLs linked to by them in the next update) then it won't show up in our index. Sorry! :("
Other tools may have different approaches - this is why it's a good idea to combine different sources to get a better idea of which links you gained (ahrefs, semrush, moz,...and so on)

Hi.
https://moz.com/products/api/updates
The last update was on August 3, which is earlier than 6 weeks ago. Therefore your website is not in database index.
Check back on october 14, which is the date of next update.
Cheers.

Moz not able to crawl our site - any advice?
When I try and crawl our site through Moz it gives this message: Moz was unable to crawl your site on Aug 7, 2019. Our crawler was banned by a page on your site, either through your robots.txt, the X-Robots-Tag HTTP header, or the meta robots tag. Update these tags to allow your page and the rest of your site to be crawled. If this error is found on any page on your site, it prevents our crawler (and some search engines) from crawling the rest of your site. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have been through all the help and doesn't seem to be any issues. You can check the site and robots.txt here: https://myfamilyclub.co.uk/robots.txt. Anyone got any advice on where I could go to get this sorted?

We are watching the "compare link metrics" for the domain https://www.voetbalwedden.net and see strange details. Total Internal Links = 0 Subdomain Metrics: Internal Equity-Passing Links = 0
Total Internal Links = 0 We do have more than 30K pages indexed by Google, do have a great site structure and a well structured internal linking. We think these stats are not correct. Are we right? And what could we do to improve it? uUyQT0 -
Does Moz provide more than just the SEO Tool?
We've received a lot of good info about our website using the Moz analytic tools but I'm curious to know if Moz provides consulting services on how to implement changes based on the data. Basically, Moz gave me the "what", I need some direction on the "how" and does Moz have the in house capabilities to assist with the "who" can do the actual work.

Google Analytics data not loading into Moz
I use several analytics apps on my iphone which require you to connect to your GA account. Each one gets immediate access to the GA data. With Moz, I connected to my GA account 3 days ago after many failed attempts due to some bug, but still have no data showing. Is there some reason why Moz would take several days to access the data where iphone apps take seconds? I am now a week into my 30 day free trial, and have spent lots of time trying to get it to work, but have not been able to do much. I'm afraid of how much of the 30 days will be taken up just getting Moz set up and working, rather than actually using and evaluating what it does. Any possibility of re-starting the 30 days from when it's actually working? I don't mind waiting patiently for some bugs to be fixed, just would like to know that I will still get a 30 day trial. Thanks.

For instance how do I use the Rank Tracker or Keyword Tool. I want to get the most out of Moz and I need a resource that explains it. Thanks

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
