Thanks for catching that! That last bit was recently added as an amendment and I'll be happy to update that on our end so it's more clear in the future

That was fast! lol

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
Unfortunately at this time our crawler isn't compatible with Server Name Indication (SNI), which appears to be in use on your site. In general, SNI is a totally acceptable security configuration, but our crawler simply isn't equipped to be able to handle these settings.
http://screencast.com/t/3Ye39acGLPY
If you are able to disable the SNI configuration on your site, then we should be able to crawl it normally. While it's something that we'd love to be able to accommodate for the future, we don't yet have the resources to be able to make those changes.
I found this thread in our Community Q&A forum with lots of other users running into the same problem, so it's definitely something we're aware of and working to address: https://moz.com/community/q/804-https-ssl-error
The good news is that a recent update has been made, and we're ready to accept beta SNI customers to test it out. Please see the article here that explains this further: https://moz.com/community/q/moz-pro-our-web-crawler-and-sites-that-use-sni and if you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, the link to the sign up page is here: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1
I apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime, but hopefully we'll have it fixed soon! And as always, you can contact our team in the future with questions of this nature by emailing help@moz.com.
Thank you - have a great day,
-Kristina -

SSL - green padlock but Moz say there's an 804 error?
Hi, my site has a green padlock and no SSL errors but Moz are reporting an 804 error. I use CloudFlare with fairly complex settings. I've read this thread but it's quite old and I don't understand which parts of it are still valid. I'd love to know whether this can be sorted before I spend hours setting up Moz's features as if they can't crawl my site then I would obviously need to cancel my subscription. Thanks

0 status codes
Hi, I am hoping someone could help explain - I have a screaming frog account and ran a crawl using it, it returned a lot of 0 status codes 'connection timeout', 'DNS lookup failed' and 'Connection Refused'. However, the SEO MOZ Crawl doesn't detect any of this. I am fairly new to these tools, do you know why this is? Thanks a lot! 🙂

When connecting your Google Analytics account to your Moz account, Moz provides a drop-down of accounts & UA codes to select from. Where is Moz pulling those selection options from?
The list of Google Analytics accounts and UA codes listed are outdated. How can I update them to reflect the most up-to-date accounts (& UA codes associated with those accounts)?

New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.
