Now our site is ready what's next

Site is all inxed in google, with analytics and webmaster tool. No error in all our 5000 products pages So where do i start my organic seo? What should I read first?
Its an online store for retailler only but we still want people to learn about the product or find a store.
We have made 300 original video on youtube with a full description these video are also associated in our site in each respective product. I know our competitor.So now everything is clean and ready. How do I start seo, we have no external link at all. Wich would be the first best step to do.

Hey there, I've a problem with this domain www.cornerjob.com In OSE just saw a spam score very high and so, I tried to see backlinks' profile in order to find suspicious backlinks. But in OSE there's a bucle, I mean: I know my domain has a high spam score but I cannot see any bad backlinks, actually the only one I see it's the same www.cornerjob.com...for that, It's a bucle. How Can I View Last Week's Page Grading?
How can I see all my on-page grading reports for page grading optimization that decreased for the worse from last week - so as to know which pages to fix? My mozpro email report indicates only ten of them decreased from Grad B to C etc from last week. As I have just migrated to a new cms, I need to find and bring back to grade all effected pages. I can't find how to view historical page grades - just for last weeks. Any ideas anyone? Thanks!

Where is the best place to add links on my site?
If I'd like to put links to other sites in my site, is it better to have a page named "Our Helpful Links" etc. instead of just adding them to the bottom of an existing page like I've seen on some sites? I'm asking because I'm wanting to make Google as happy as possible and still add them.
