PPC: How do we get our reviews into AdWords?
-
Hi there,
I know that Google have sadly discontinued ratings extension in AdWords but does anyone know a get-around for this?
If possible, we'd like to show off the good reviews we have from Google My Business' Knowledge Panel in our ads.
We're an online product/service so I don't want to link GMB through the location extension if possible (it doesn't make sense for anyone to pay us a visit in real life).
Is there a better way of linking our AdWords to our GMB or is there an alternative extension/ AdWords feature we can use to get review ratings in our ad?
Thanks

I can't think of another way. They were great a &Â solid increase in CTR. However, was a pain to get approved.

Hello there,
Unfortunately, I don't think there's any other way to have the review extensions.

Hi there, I am trying to do some research in the field of reviews, I have set up successful review systems for local stores, but once I get to businesses that want to get reviews for their products or not a local business I cant get it straight. What should I do, What should I avoid at all costs etc., What are the basic guidelines and advice from Google to get reviews? Please give me advice and resources to anything that would be helpful with this topic and the topics listed below What are Google restrictions and requirements for reviews in a local business and a national business? Google Reviews Rich Snippets
Howdy Moz fans! Does anyone know if you can use Google Reviews as a Rich Snippet in the actual Google listing for your business? It seems strange that you can have this for widgets like Trust Pilot and Reviews.co.uk and not Google Reviews. Surely Google allow you to display Google reviews on your site that can then be used for schema mark up? Maybe they don't because those reviews are used for local searches? Hope this makes sense. David.

How to address reviews that show up in Google but come from a business's own website?
One of my clients has a competitor who has a fairly poor reputation based on reviews on Google and Yelp. But, this competitor allows people to review them on their own website, and their "4.8" rating based on 250+ "reviews" show up in search engine results. I assume they are using schema markup to encourage that. My question is whether there is anything we can do to report this to Google, or otherwise make sure the general public is not fooled by these reviews?

Combining reviews and duplicate content
We have some items in different colors or slightly different styles. For example if there is one series of helmets with almost same features and if we have many item pages we get reviews for each one seperate. We want to combine the reviews to increase our conversion rates. For example if style1 gets 5 reviews and style 2 Â gets1 review and style 3 has zero reviews combining them will help style 2 and style 3 conversion rates. Our review system cannot put all these reviews in one page. So if we combine reviews each page will have duplicate review content. Will this be bad for SEO?

Accessing and Displaying Google Reviews (Url and Structured Data Markup)
Hi, I have a Google+ Page for my business that has 25 Google reviews written by customers, of which I am rather proud that it is an aggregate of 4.9 🙂 I would like to brag more about this on my website and also like it to show up as Structured Data in as many organic results as possible (it shows up on local searches, not a problem). However, I cannot find anything resembling a permanent link to the reviews (other than the about page) on Google... Any clues ? Also, I would like to start including the Google review stars within any other structured data markup that I add to the website (such as a BusinessEvent for example) - But the FAQ's on Google seem to imply that the reviews and aggregates must be on my website and nothing seems to say that I may use the Google reviews or aggregate in my markup. Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

Does advertising on Yelp help a business get more Yelp reviews?
I've gotten this question from a few clients. There seems to be a correlation in some cases between paying to advertise on Yelp, and the volume of reviews received. Of course, correlation does not necessarily equal causation. And I can attest to the fact that other clients who have at times advertised on Yelp did not even see a correlation. Has anyone else seen this correlation? And if so, can you speak to the possible causation or lack thereof?

Schema Markup for email with review action for Google places listing - Auto segment.
Hi Guys I have been trying to integrate schema markup with review action into car purchase emails to drive additional reviews for dealership google places listings. I have used the below mark-up but im struggling to get the review action when defining itemtype as AutoDealer. When changing itemtype to FoodEstablishment the review action works perfectly. Has anyone got any suggestions why this may be or have any experience using the review action within emails for google places or itemtype other than FoodEstablishment. I have read the great Moz post on this here but im still struggling. Thanks in advance for any help! Too many reviews too quickly?
Is there any sort of guideline on this? Right now, we have very few google reviews. However, I've cross referenced a list of our happiest clients with people who have g+ accounts. There are at least 12 clients, I feel strongly would write us g+ reviews if I asked them to. I want to just get the word out today, but I'm worried if 8-12 reviews in a week would red flag us. I've heard that getting too many reviews to quickly can be a problem, but I'm thinking that more like 100 than 10, but I have no idea. Most of my competitors don't have any reviews, and the most any of them have is 10. I don't know if that matters at all either in terms of triggering a red flag. I'd appreciate whatever insight you all could give. Thanks, Ruben
