Hi Guys
I manage a few facebook pages and a day ago something weird happened to one and i cannot figure it out. It started with me trying to auto share a youtube video to the facebook page and offcourse added the "comment" and shared. The video is then visible when i log in to the page but not when i am not...and it also does not share to the followers....and then the same happened with a normal link and image post....I see it when logged in but it does not get sent to my followers or to the page if not logged in....am i missing something here.
Should i just log in and then click on share and see if that send it out?? please help...facebook drives me crazy half the time..thanks in advance

I would suggest you contact Facebook support instead. While somebody might have an idea here, they will be able to help you for sure.

Twitter Help
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask a question on Twitter. Something has perplexed me, both these tweets contain videos and both have been RT on my account On one you have to click into the BBC tweet to play the video, the other straight away plays and credits the original source. (see pics). When the video plays in the 2nd example you always get more interaction, RT's, likes etc compared to a RT where you have to click again. How does this happen? I've managed to do it once but cannot replicate it, even with the same tweet!! I'm sure it's something totally obvious. Here's how they look (images) http://imgur.com/a/G6ods

Way to reset Facebook page Reach sending patterns
I have a client that posts a bunch of really poorly formatted and nonengaging content on her a Facebook business page. This has caused her reach to be very low, despite having 9000 real followers. Due to a history of poor content and therefore low engagement Facebook just does not send her stuff out anymore. Is there a way to change that? I heard you could reset that notion by staying off the page for a couple of weeks and then beginning to post once more with better stuff. Is that remotely true?

Tool like Followerwonk for Facebook?
Hi For Twitter using Followerwonk you can gauge the influence on what a person/brand is using a tool like Follwerwonk helping you find the most influential twitter users based on a number of metrics. But is there a similar tool for Facebook which shows which brands/companies Facebook sites have the most influence. Or is the best way to gauge this is just on their number of likes? which is not really accurate

Merging Google+ Pages and Google+ Local - how?
A client is one brand with several locations. Previously, we had created a Google+ Page for each location - now we're finding out that we should have created only one brand page with a Local page for each location. Two questions: Is this correct? Do we create a brand PAGE, with separate LOCAL profiles for each address If yes, is there a way to merge the work that we have already done on the pages to the Local profiles? We don't want to lose the followers and updates that we've made to these pages. Thanks for the help!

Are Facebook page updates indexed in Google search?
I seem to remember an update where Google said it was going to include Facebook page updates into Google search, but perhaps that was a deal that fell through? If updates ARE appearing in Gooogle search, how do I troubleshoot a Facebook page where they are not?
