Set up of SEOMoz campaign for specific country within a global website
-
I'm tasked with optimising the UK part of a global site. www.mysite.com/UK - how should I set my campaign up in SEOMoz? Is it a sub domain?
-
Additionally, don't forget to set the correct search engines. Do you want to track your progress using Google US, or Google UK?
You can change your search engines under the "campaign settings" tab underneath the Campaign Overview. You can select from over 150 operated by Google, Bing and Yahoo around the world.

Hi Gerard,
Nope it isn't a sub domain, its a subfolder. A subdomain woud be: uk.mysite.com. By taking this as an example: https://img.skitch.com/20111205-8xw2hnpijjcmfsc39qjxyrab8c.jpg I think you're able to setup your SEOMoz Campaign.
Good luck!

Not provided Data in SEOMoz reports
Hi How do SeoMoz reports deal with 'not provided' data I see my total visits from organic search for a month are same as total of both my branded and non branded keyword traffic combined yet GA is reporting 157 visits from non provided data so is SEOMoz being very clever and finding a way to decipher this not provided data and allocate it accordingly in the reports ? Or if not what ? Many Thanks Dan

How can I set up a campaign to track just directories on a specific subdomain?
I am trying to setup a campaign to track a specific subdomain and all its directories. For example, want to track example.abc.com/11111 and example.abc.com/22222 and so on. No interest in tracking abc.com itself. Is this possible?

Error on SEOMoz When Trying to Track Website. Please Advise
Hi, I'm trying to start a new campaign for a root domain, but I'm getting the "Roger found an error" and am not sure what to make of it. Error #1: "You've decided to set up a root domain campaign, but entered the subdomain path: www.siteurl.com. Don't worry, we'll switch that for you and crawl everything on the subdomain: www.siteurl.com. If you meant to set this up to only crawl pages in the root domain, click 'Go back and Change" and enter a root domain URL in step 1." Error #2: "Oops! The root domain siteurl.com redirects to a domain that is not within the specified root domain (www.siteurl.com). This will cause us to stop crawling as the first discovered page falls outside of the root domain you've defined. Please make sure you enter a root domain that resolves to a page that is under the root domain." What does this mean? Is there something I am doing wrong? The first error is what returned when I input www.siteurl.com. The second was returned when I put just siteurl.com. I didn't put up the exact URL for privacy reasons, but if you really do want to help me out, PM me and I can give you the real URL. Thanks in advance!

SEOMoz Link Analysis Not Updating?
Hi there, I am wondering why the Link Analysis in SEOMoz takes so long to recognise new back-links. I have had the same figures showing for months when I know that I have added a lot more backlinks that are showing in my Google WebMaster account and I have also proven exist by searching directly in Google's search engine. How often does the Link Analysis section update itself? Are these figures worth following at all or are they useless? Thanks!

Getting your site totally indexed by SEOMOZ
Hi guys! Ijust started using SEOMOZ software and wondered how it could be that my site has over 10.000 pages but in the Pro Dashboard it only indexed about 1500 of them. I've been waiting a few weeks now but the number has been stable ever since. Is there a way to get the whole site indexed by SEOMoz software? Thanks for your answers!

Edit SEOmoz Profile Bug
Hi,
Moz Pro | | rayvensoft
I am trying to complete my SEOmoz profile, but there seems to be a bug. I am able to fill out everything except the 'favorite topics'. It lets me go in and fill it out, but when I click the update button to save it it does not save, and still shows up as missing in bar at the top. I have tried it in Mozilla, IE and Chrome, and it still does not work. Am I missing something? Thanks.0
