We did have an issue where some campaigns were only getting one page crawled. Alan gives some good advice here. I'd also email help@seomoz.org and ask them to take a look.

Not sure exactly why, I was able to crawl your site but here a few things that could be affecting , and will be affecting your rankings.
not sure whey you would have your robots text in the new directory http://www.deprevencion.com/new/robots.txt
and why you would want to block access to all the folders you have blocked either. Unless there is a really good reason to do so, you should let every thing be crawled.
Your domain http://www.deprevencion.com 301’s to http://www.deprevencion.com/new then to http://www.deprevencion.com/new/
You should not have linked 301’s, each 301 will leak some link juice and Bing will only pass link juice thought one.If I type in a rubbish address like http://www.deprevencion.com/new/fasfasdfafsd
i get a 200 response, meaning found, but there is not such page, it should return a 404, the page I am sent to has a image that is missing, that does return a 404, now first of all the 404 page should return a 404 not a 200, or its what is called a soft 404, you may see these errors in GWMT, bt if it did return a 404 you would cause a loop as there is a missing, that will cause another 404 to the 404 page with the missing image again and again. There are 1,348 redirects within your site, you should have no redirects on internall pages at all, as you have the power to point them to the final destination, all redirects leak link juice, so why have them when it is un-necessary.
You have many canonical problems, one in particular is your internal links point to http://www.deprevencion.com/new/index.php , this means that you link juice is never returned to your true home page.
Bing API gives a loop error
The URL 'deprevencion.com/new/index.php' has been crawled more than 500 times. This usually indicates an infinite loop in redirection logic. This would be because you home page has broken image links, that then get sent to your 404 page that also has a 404 missing image
Altogether, the redirections are a mess, I am afraid to say, you don’t need any redirects at all, so the questions is why have them?
OK after all that, I would say that you have a loop, that that rogerBot(seomoz) wont crawl

MOZ identifies duplicate titles - one has' www' in the title
MOZ has identified duplicate titles - one has' www' in the title. - we have a few pieces of content where the same thing is happening. Not sure how this has happened. Numerous duplicate destination URLs from within one menu - potential impact for on-page SEO?
Hello all What is your evaluation in regards to a number of links (different anchors) targeting the same destination URL from within one and the same menu (on the same website)? Keeping it brief: Think of a top menu drop down entry, that needs to feature the alphabet (each letter has it's own sub-entries). However, the actual letter itself is not represented by a page (it has no URL either). So far so good. However, when testing the menu on a mobile device, the letter entries are still treated, as if they were non-existent pages - thus throwing a 404 when clicked. In order to avoid people getting a 404 when clicking on any letter, it would be ideal, if they were directed to any main page (the same destination URL though). However, that would mean 26 times the same destination URL from within that menu. Is this approach potentially bad for SEO, hence there would be numerous duplicate destination URLs in place? Please mind, I am not inquiring for help on how to arrange the actual menu. I am concerned about the impact, identical destination URLs could have on the on-page SEO. Many thanks in advance for your help and input!

One service - multiple locations
Just started working on a website with 2 services and a LOT of locations... So website is something like categorized in states and subcategories are cities... But it only offers 2 services. So each city out of 100 has one page per service... It seems to me like something not pretty good but I have no experience with such sites. I know that it is ok if you have stores on different locations so you can do local for all them but in this case website owner just wanted to rank high for 100 cities and actually he is doing pretty good... But I somehow think that may cause problems in future and google could consider it as a spam, no matter of unique content on 100 pages when it is actually the same... So if you have any advice for this situation, I am listening 🙂

Wordpress category url problem.
I have set up wordpress categories but the permalinks are showing as www.mydomain.com/?cat=12 as opposed to the category name. The child categories though work fine and show as www.mydomain.com/category/chidcatgegory I've obviously got my permalink settings wrong somewhere. How do I fix this?

Can you canonical from one domain page to a different domain page
We are a boating site and have our main site with all it's products. We have an engine section within our main site. But we also have an outside domain, specific to a certain manufacturer of engines. So we want our customers to still find the engine information for this manufacturer within our main site, as well as find the manufacturer targeted engine site in the SERPS. My question is this: Can I canonical those pages within our main site to pages on the outside domain? Or does are canonicals to be used only within the same domain? Thanks,
