Page Extension for SEO Post Penguin

I am setting up pages for an SEO campaign. This campaign will focus suburb/area focused keywords to the home page and an inner page talking about the local area.
My keyword I am targeting is "flower delivery brisbane"
The keywords pointing back to both pages will be made up of brand and variances of the keywords so that is ok
What I would like to know, am I know over optimizing the inner page extension "flowers delivery brisbane" as it is an exact match of the main keyword to rank since google penguin. I did this prior to google penguin and it worked well.

First, and most important, be very careful about pointing such a refined niche phrase at the home page in an intentional manner.
Your site is not, in its entirety, all about Brisbane flower delivery. So while it's natural to have a handful of links pointing to the home page with that or a variation in the link, it's definitely NOT natural to have a lot of such links.
Too many people in SEO only get half the concepts then run with them. This is why so many sites are routinely slapped, devalued or otherwise penalized by Google over the long haul.
Always use the "is this natural looking" lens. Most people who do not have any idea what SEO is would link a Brisbane specific link directly to a page on a site where that specific page is about Brisbane.
And since 2010, I have seen sites devalued for specific keyword phrases that were too refined to be relevant when pointing to the home page when there were too many similar or identical links. So please - be very cautious with that aspect of your work.
As for the page name, whether it's SEO or nothing to do with SEO, it's perfectly valid information retrieval logic to name an individual page this way, because that's a great way to identify that "this page is really about delivery of flowers within Brisbane", though a slightly better use would be "Brisbane-Flower-Delivery" or "Flower-Delivery-Brisbane".
Penguin should not have (and I'm HIGHLY confident it did not) target properly named page URLs.

Confusion About Local SEO
Hi, I hope someone might be able to help me out with this. I am somewhat confused. Basically I have a site that has 2 operating bases in 2 neighboring counties. Say Hampshire and West Sussex. Now I understand the need for schema markup. However, where exactly to put this markup I cant see a definitive answer. even on the official googleblog they seem to shy away from answering this. For the moment I have placed it on the contact us page and obviously there are 2 sets of schema markups for the 2 addresses. Now, the bit I am confused about is that I was reading the Koozai Local SEO white paper and they mention to have the addresses in the footer. This is fine and I can do that, especially as there are a lot of sub pages on the site for different products which we would like to try and rank for. Now, this is the bit I am slightly confused on, should the addresses in the footer be the schema markups? I suspect not but I would like to be sure. Many Thanks

Will it help/hinder our local seo by including our local adress on multiple pages?
We have a large website that targets the whole UK. It has landing pages for every town in the UK. For the towns that this particular business has a bricks and mortar hq, we have set up a local/places page. We then added the corresponding places adress to the appropriate town page on the website. This is just a handful compared to the 3,000,000 towns our site aims to rank for. Question: Would it help or hinder our SEO efforts to add the local addresses to other town pages in close proximity to the original? For instance say we have a places address for croydon in London. Would it hurt to add this address to pages that target towns near croydon, such as Mitcham. All opinions greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Vimeo Pro, video SEO and rich snippets
Hi All, we are producing product demonstration videos. One major aim with these videos is to help our rankings for these specific product pages and associated keywords... and to get rich snippets displayed on Google results pages against our listing. We have used schema.org markup in the product pages body code along with / next to the embed vimeo video code on the product page in order to hopefully get us rich snippet listing... we used schema.org markup as this seems to be the main current markup for rich snippets we have hosted the video via Vimeo Pro so that it is served quickly and not affected by speed of our hosting server or any possible bandwidth issues on our hosting server and ensure sthat the traffic comes to our site pages rather then Youtube or similar Vimeo Privacy settings for the video have been set so that we have not allowed it to be embed anywhere except for our own domain and the video is not displayed on Vimeo.com to ensure that the video is not duplicated anywhere else... so that this is unique content on our own site for maximum value for our domain We have used the "old code" from Vimeo Pro for embedding the video on our product page rather than the current iframe code as from what i understand Google cant follow very well and doesn't necessarily trust content displayed in iframes. How to Track Traffic from Google Places Pages
Hi, Is there anything I need to do in Google Analytics to setup tracking for traffic coming to a site via it's Google Places page? I can see some traffic from maps.google.com in the Traffic Sources > Referring Sites report, but it does not appear to marry up to the data reported in the Google Places dashboard. Thanks
