How much do infographics cost?

How much do good quality infographics cost? And where can I get them made?
-
Hello,
If you are willing to provide more details rather than just the idea, you can get a good quality one for around $300. The graphics are important but the information flow is just as important. I think to get a good infographic done, the planning and research could take longer than the actual design. So if you are under a tight budget, providing detailed information on how you want to infographic to flow would allow you to cut cost significantly.

Hi Harry,
I've been working with a company called Killer Infographics. The infographic was great and the cost was approx $750. Examples can be found here.

The real cost can be in developing the content to be displayed. You could spend several days researching and designing - and that's before you hire or spend time on the design.
The best stuff usually requires some digging.

Thanks for that! Those guys look brilliant. I will have to get in touch with them. Thank you!

Hi Harry
have seen these guys advertised recently: http://infographicdesignteam.com/ The site gives you an idea of cost ($399 and up) and they have done some pretty awesome infographics recently that you may well recognize. Not used them yet, but thinking about it and looking for alternatives that I will post.
Cheers
Simon

Reasonable Cost for Link Building Service
We need about 5-10 high quality links to our website created every month. We need the link targets researched and outreach done to these sites. The sites most be legitimate and high quality; decent domain authority, real sites, not phony low quality sites. Sites that would show traffic in similarweb.com with decent metrics. We absolutely want to avoid any link building schemes that could get us penalized. I have been told that such a project would take a qualified SEO about 8-10 hours per months (more during the additional month of research, less afterward). As such, what is a reasonable cost for these 5-10 links per month? $300, $500, $700, more? I only want to work with a highly experienced SEO, native english speaker with extensive experience. What is fair? I don't want to overpay or to under pay. Thanks, Alan

How much does "overall site semantic theme" influence rankings?
OK. I've optimized sites before that are dedicated to 1, 2 or 3 products and or services. These sites inherently talk about one main thing - so the semantics of the content across the whole site reflect this. I get these ranked well on a local level. Now, take an e-commerce site - which I am working on - 2000 products, all of which are quite varied - cookware, diningware, art, decor, outdoor, appliances... there is a lot of different semantics throughout the site's different pages. Does this influence the ranking possibilities? Your opinion and time is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How much % of directories are punished?
Hi I was checking a site and I found lots of directory listings. 70% of the directories are punished in the list which I created (pagerank 0). Except from the directories which are listed here in seomoz, how much % of the others outside are punished? Also I noticed that this punished directories with pagerank 0 have most of them authority 30-40 according to the seomoz tool bar. I should bother to put a link or not? Why I see this difference? Thanks

How much (%) of the content of a page is considered too much duplication?
Google is not fond of duplication, I have been very kindly told. So how much would you suggest is too much?

Spreading infographics
I realized the only way to get massive amounts of links to websites that do not actively blog, is to create a free infographic or free software tool that they can anyone can use on their website. Here is my question. Once we create the tool or infographic, what is the best way to spread it like wildfire? Contact people on twitter? Mail popular blog owners and tell them about it directly? Comment on blogs and forums and post a link? Is thier anything else I can do to push these infographics out? Also, I think custom software's like jquery calculators and tools are better than infographics. What do you think?

Service Keyword in URL - too much?
We're working on revamping the URL structure for a site from the ground up. This firm provides a service and has a library of case studies to back up their work. Here's some options on URL structure: 1. /cases/[industry keyword]-[service keyword] (for instance: /cases/retail-pest-control) There is some search traffic for the industry/service combination, so that would be the benefit of using both in URL. But we'd end up with about 70 pages with the same service keyword at the end. 2. /cases/[industry keyword] (/cases/retail) Shorter, less spam potential, but have to optimize for the service keyword -- the primary -- in another way. 3. /cases/clientname (/cases/wehaveants) No real keyword potential but better usability. We also want the service keyword to rank on its own on another page (so, a separate "pest control" page). So don't want to dilute that page's value even after we chase some of the long tail traffic. Any thoughts on the best course of action? Thanks!
