Create an rss feed, but not with all my posts?
-
I would like to create an rss feed of my blog, but not with all my posts, just ones that I select. How can I do this? (would like to use feedburner if possible).
Thanks for your help

thanks yes I am using wordpress, i will search. if you have a recommendation, please let me know

Are you using wordpress? If so, there are many rss-plugins that let you choose which category to publish as rss. Just search the plugin database...

Not aware of and haven't come across such customization capability - you may be able to have this implemented via custom programming, however given you're looking for a Feedburner tie-in that may not be possible. I'd suggest reaching out to programmers who might know of a way.

RSS Feed Scrapping
Hi, I've read that some sites will "borrow" the content of your blog. In order to ensure that Google recognizes the original author, what code should we put into the blog posting? Our blog is for Drupal 7 (?) if that helps. Cheers!

WordPress Guest Post Admin Access?
Is there a plugin or function in WordPress for a guest poster to just get admin access to control comments? Example: Big Brand X writes a guest post on www.yoursite.com. Big Brand X wants admin access to approve or delete comments on their guest on www.yoursite.com. Big Brand X doesn't want access to edit their guest post or any other post on www.yoursite.com, they just want admin access to manage the comments on their guest post. Is this possible? Thanks for the help!

2,500 Word blog post? What's your advice?
Most of my blog posts end up being 400-600 words, sometimes more, sometimes less. I have written one that is 2,500 words this time. If it were you, would you make one huge post, or split it into two or three? Or would you say it wholly depends on my site and the type of content? As far as link bait goes, one page is better . . . I guess. But would anyone ever read a 2,500 word blog post, even it it's about a subject he/she is interested in? Additionally, what's better for SEO? Just wants some second opinions. Thanks!

Archiving old blog posts - yea or nay?
I'm building up my personal website. When I moved from my old domain to my current one a few years ago, I had moved a folder with all my old blog posts (from an old blogger.com account) to an archives called /blog/. It's bad enough the entries just text and nearly all the images aren't there but because of the way I moved over the posts, I have 200+ duplicate page titles with no meta descriptions. Is it worth saving these posts ? (putting them into an archives.mysite.com sub-domain?) I already have the folder disallowed in my robotos.txt file and there's nothing really incredible content-wise in the archives, though they are some of the oldest pages on my current (3 years old) domain. There's no real SEO thought in them as this was just a fun personal blog at the time. Thoughts?

Resources for creating infographics
I have a great idea for an infographic. Does anyone have any resources for tools or tips on creating an infographic? I have some design skills, but I'm not a pro. I'm not against paying someone to create it...but my budget is small. How do you guys create your infographics?
