Google Analytics - paid & unpaid visits messed up

I guess Google Analytics messes up my paid and unpaid visits. In the list of top 10 kw's sending non-paid traffic it shows 5 very short kw's that we don't rank for at all (checked with RankTracker - we are not in first 50 search results). But these are the kw's we advertise for...
One more proof: Webmaster Tools 'Search queries' shows 10 times less 'Clicks' from organic search than Google Analytics.
Is there anyone who is experiencing this kind of problems with GA? Is there anything you can do with it?

Is your adwords tagged and linked? Also do you have any traffic coming in as google/cpc or it is all google/organic?

I know we are talking basics here but have you made sure that you have your Adwords account linked to your Analytics account?
Also what I tend to do is to create seperate profiles for different types of traffic so that I can get an overview easily from the Analytics overview page and I find it easier than segmentation for reports. Here is what I do for those that are interested:

Returning Visitors Profile - create custom filter (include) on visitor type and type in "returning"

New Visitors Profile - create custom filter (include) on visitor type and type in "new"

Paid Visitors Profile - create custom filter (include) on campaign medium and type in "cpc|ppc"

Organic Visitors Profile - create custom filter (include) on campaign medium and type in "orgnaic"

Social Media Visitors - there are alot of filters on this one!
By doing this I have never had any data issues with one profile merging with another

Using logical operators (AND / OR) in Google Analytics Goal Funnels
When setting up a Funnel within Google Analytics, is it possible to use logical operators (e.g. OR, AND) in the first (required) step of the funnel? For example, suppose I want to track users who visit page1.html AND page2.html before proceeding to the destination goal. I've entered two pages separated by the OR operator, and neither the "Verify this Goal" nor "Save" produces an error message - is it safe to assume that this is working as I intend? Tracking 301 redirect traffic in Google Analytics
if I 301 redirect www.mywebsite.com to go to www.yourwebsite.com, how can I track the traffic in Google Analytics that is coming from mywebsite.com?? I don't think that's a referral traffic, is it?

Google Analytics - Keywords (not set) or ( not provided) WHY???

Localhost:4444 Showing Up in Google Analytics
Hello All, Lately in my Google Analytics account I have noticed a referral source labelled: localhost:4444 The number of visits is really high from this source, but I have no idea (no clue!) what it actually means. Can anyone shed some light on what this is about? Should I be creating some sort of filter to screen out this as a referral source (assuming it is not legitimate)? Many thanks in advance. Cheers!

What is s.ytimg.com in google analytics?
My clients GA reports 273 visits from s.ytimg.com. I go to the site, it doesn't exist. I googled it, there were some code with s.ytimg.com in it, but nothing I could understand. Anybody have an idea where this comes from?

Custom Variables to track Vimeo plays on website with Google Analytics?
Hello Everyone, I'm trying to track how many times a Vimeo video is played on my site via GA. Does any of you have any knowledge of how can this be achieved? I've read the documentation and came up with this: After the iframe embed i insert this: Of course the GA is loaded in the header. Does not work, at least i cant see anything in analytics. Google Analytics Admin account not allowing us to add other users?
