Paid API Access

We've been using your API on regular basis over the past few months, when lately we started having problems accessing the data it provides.I received an empty object when tried fetching info using the following URL:string sUrlToScan = "http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/"+sHost+"?AccessID=member-d73bd20330&Expires=1355756373&Signature=....";* Please note - I removed the Signature field for security reasonsI would really appreciate it if you could let me know why the service has stopped working. Is it because the 'Expires' is no longer valid?Could you please provide me with the up-to-date AccessID + Expires + Signature values so I could continue using your API?Thanks!

Definitely the wrong place to be trying to talk to the api guys. email api@seomoz.org
However it sounds like you are querying too quickly. As it turns out I was having a chat this week with a friend who was having a similar problem. You can only make 1 call per 10 secs (you can halve that time if you are a pro member and email them and ask). If you make a call every 8 seconds, you get 8 values back instead of 10 etc. so make sure you are giving enough time

Rank tracker free one and paid one
Very easy question for most of the fellow.I have one site and I want to track more than 30 keywords for this big site. Which Free Rank Tracker do you suggest me? If I want to purchase it to create Multiple profile or track multiple sites which one is best and cheapest. SEOMOZ rank tracker is very slow for results.

Domain_to_domain api call syntax
I am trying to construct an api call that lists the top authority link from each domain. This page_to_page call works http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/links/www.jbwebanalytics.com?SourceCols=4&TargetCols=4&Scope=page_to_page&Limit=400&AccessID=membexxx&Expires=xxx&Signature=xxx This domain_to_domain does not http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/links/www.jbwebanalytics.com?&Scope=domain_to_domain&Limit=400&AccessID=member-xxx1&Expires=xxx&Signature=xxx I'm plum out of ideas why? Anyone know? The Idea output is the single highest authority link for all linking domains thanks! Brian

API and bitflag question
I've googled and read and still confused on this. Regarding the link metric bit flags: http://apiwiki.seomoz.org/link-metrics I understand everything about how the API works and have it all working, except for this bit flag thing... And there's no example on this page of how to use the bit flags in an API request so it's hard to work it out. My current API call is: "http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/" & $db & "/" & $objectURL & "? SourceCols=" & $SourceCols & "&TargetCols=" & $TargetCols & "&Scope=" & $Scope & "&Sort=page_authority" & "&Filter=" & $Filter & "&AccessID=" & $accessID & "&Expires=" & $expires & "&Signature=" & $urlSafeSignature There are 4 Link Metric Bit Flags: 2, 4, 8, and 16. How do I use those in the above URL Do I use those in SourceCols? And there's about 15 Link Flag Definitions (ranging from 1 to 65536). So I use those in TargetCols? I've tested different variations and I get different responses but the responses aren't documented either. For example, if I get "luutrp":5.432777943351583,"luutrr":1.415861867916131e-14" in a response... what IS luutrp or luutrr. These acronyms are not outlined anywhere that I can find. This link: http://www.seomoz.org/ugc/the-busy-developers-guide-to-seomoz-bit-flags outlines an example but is using Cols (not SourceCols or TargetCols) so either this page is outdated or I'm missing something. Is there also a "Cols" parameter? Basically, I just want: - given a single URL, show me all links (page to page) pointing to that URL, and give me the same information that's displayed in Open Site Explorer (page authority, anchor text, title, etc, etc) but also give me some additional information such as, "is it on the same C block?" What's an example URL for the above request? Really hoping someone can shed some light on this under-documented API.

Why am I getting an access error when creating my first campaign?
The exact error message is: The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to. I checked the Word Count and I am definitely <300 keywords. I have also made sure that the Branded Keywords are entered 1 per entry form. My cookies are clear and there should be no issue with my browser.

Toolset Q.) Re. Linkscape - How is the External Links (link juice) calculated in the API?
Re. External Links (link-juice) - I really need to know what this reflects.Ie. linkdiagnosis.com divides the PR by external link factors to get an idea of link juice or power - how does Moz calculate this scoring?
