Paid API Access
-
We've been using your API on regular basis over the past few months, when lately we started having problems accessing the data it provides.I received an empty object when tried fetching info using the following URL:string sUrlToScan = "http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/"+sHost+"?AccessID=member-d73bd20330&Expires=1355756373&Signature=....";* Please note - I removed the Signature field for security reasonsI would really appreciate it if you could let me know why the service has stopped working. Is it because the 'Expires' is no longer valid?Could you please provide me with the up-to-date AccessID + Expires + Signature values so I could continue using your API?Thanks!

Definitely the wrong place to be trying to talk to the api guys. email api@seomoz.org
However it sounds like you are querying too quickly. As it turns out I was having a chat this week with a friend who was having a similar problem. You can only make 1 call per 10 secs (you can halve that time if you are a pro member and email them and ask). If you make a call every 8 seconds, you get 8 values back instead of 10 etc. so make sure you are giving enough time

Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site.
Good morning, Yesterday, Moz gave me an error that is wasn't able to find our robots.txt file. However, this is a new occurrence, we've used Moz and its crawling ability many times prior; not sure why the error is happening now. I validated that the redirects and our robots page are operational and nothing is disallowing Roger in our robots.txt. Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated. https://www.agrisupply.com/robots.txt Thank you for your time. -Danny

API Limit
I have some problems with API Access. All time i send more than 10 requests per second i got HttpError() {\n "status" : "503",\n "error_message" : "This request exceeds the limit allowed by your current plan. To increase your request limit, see: http://www.seomoz.org/api/pricing"\n}. My Plan is Low Volume and continually got this 503 error. How to solve this?

API callback parameter
I'm using the free API, and would like to use jQuery to fetch the JSON data outputted by the API. I need to make a JSON-P request, and for this I need to be able to pass some form of callback parameter in the url. I'd like to know if this feature is available, and if so what parameter I need to specify in my request. Of course I could just CURL to the API, but that's really a fallback for if I can't get the data using JS. Thanks

Need a Google Doc That Imports List of Links From SEOMoz API
Does anyone have one they'd like to share. I've seen the great ones by Tom Anthony but I am looking for the list of the first 1000 links that are available as part of the free API to be brought back into a Google Doc.

I want to hire someone to write some PHP code using the SEOmoz API.
...but I'm not sure how to go about it. What I need is simple: all I want is to be able to paste a list of URLs (different domains), and have the program return the Page Authority for all those URLs. I understand I can use the free SEOmoz API, particularly the URL Metrics API. Then I want to export the data to an Excel file. That's it. Problem is, I have absolutely no clue how to do it. Obviously I'd pay someone to do it. Pay very well if you can do it professionally and quickly. How can I go about finding the right person for the job? Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this, but I don't know where else to go. Thanks.

Where do I find "URLs Receiving Entrances Via Search" and "Non-Paid Keywords Sending Search Visits" in Google Analytics?
These are two metrics highlighted in the "Organic Traffic Data" report in the PRO campaigns. Since this report is composed of data linked from Google Analytics, I bet there's a way to find this same information in GA. So...anyone know how to do that in Google Analytics? I want this information for some long-tail productivity/potential research.

API returns only 3 results
Hi all, I'm using the links seomoz API, and it's working great for me, except it only appears to return 3 results. Seems to only return 3 results on the anchor text api also. Is there something basic I'm not doing to get more results? Thanks!
