How to make a best SEO strategy
-
Hi I want to make a seo strategy for website.
what things I need
and how to make
is there any tool?
-
Thanks dear really great help ... I will back with some question again.
Thanks
-
I think Francisco covered these points very well.
You need to speak to management about the business objectives. Only then can you identify a suitable SEO strategy to help the company meet these objectives.
Are there specific money keywords they want you to focus on?
Does the site itself get large traffic but few conversions? Could CRO help to improve this?
I think you really need to ask management what it is they want you to focus on. Developing an SEO strategy is too broad of a request to expect from you.
They need to provide guidance so you can focus on specific areas. If you need any further help, we'll gladfully help you.
Best of luck,
Mark

Thanks both of you really appreciated.
But my employ want me to make SEO strategy for his website that is confusing me.

I agree with IrishMark, read that ebook. I recommend it all the time.
Also, make sure your online marketing strategy follows your businesses objective. Here's a real example. I sat down with the owner of a company (they are my client). I asked, "What are your business objectives? I have been marketing for your company for 6 months now and we can clearly see the positive impact."
He replied, "I want to be stable so that none of us have to go back to 2008-2010. It was a horrible time. Also, I want to retire within two years."
Mohammad, as you can tell I wasn't about to do a "let's rank higher" or "let's do more SEO" approach. This company has people who have mortgages and children. I take care of their online presence. **I made an online marketing strategy that fits their business objectives. **
I haven't done link building in over 6 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND this company keeps getting higher and higher rankings. I built a community. I did CRO. I focused on conversions in Adwords and Organic. I did all white hat (well almost all white hat) SEO.
You have to find out what the business objective of the company are.

Hi Mohammad,
I'm not sure what level your SEO knowledge is at but judging by your questions, I'd guess you're just starting out?
http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo
Take a read through SEOmoz's guide above and you can begin to identify the key areas of your website which need to be addressed.
Typically, I would recommend starting with a full site audit for an already established website. Identify the on-page and off-page factors, prioritize them in terms of important and place a time scale next to them.
You don't need a tool to develop a strategy. You need to know the underlying factors affected your website.
Best of luck,
Mark

Performance Metrics making no sense
Hoping someone can help us with Moz Pro reporting issues that we can't see on a client page. Screenshot 2021-06-07 at 11.36.58.png Screenshot 2021-06-07 at 12.54.48.png The mobile performance metrics are awful (apparently) but we aren't seeing this at all. Both mobile and desktop sites are very fast and pages are loading in under 1s. I have attached the Moz Pro report and a google page speed screenshot to see if any can shine any light on this issue. Thanks,

New to Moz, need some probably basic answers about Keywords, Linking, Competitors and General SEO
Hi, So I have quite a lot of data colelcted about my site now, regarding keyword research, page crawling and competitor research ect. But I find myself second guessing myself about what I have done and what to do next. I have done basic research for as many relevant keywords I could think of to my site, including branded and non branded terms. If the main competitive keywords for my niche are very competitive, shall I start doing more research for long tail keywords and only try to rank for them? Does is matter how many keywords I am doing research for? Does is matter how many keywords I try to optimise for each webpage? Are the amount of branded keywords I am researching skewing my results? As they are all ranked #1, but nearly all of the non branded keywords are much further down the list... Once I have decided what keywords are worth trying to ranking for for each page, are the techniques to actually rank more highly for them - Title, H1 Tag, Description, Meta Data, Fresh Content and using the keywords on the page? Or are there more techniques I haven't heard of? Under Keyword Rankings - I noticded that some of my keywords are directing to specific pages, like "Cavity Waxes" is directing to the URL ending in .com/cavity-waxes - How do you assign the keywords im researching to specific URLs? - Or does Moz do it automatically? As most of my keywords seem to be unassigned to any URL, is that because they are not ranking highly enough? How do I best use the data collected through Moz? Good practices? Techniques? Tips and Tricks? What is the best practice for finding potential link partners and asking them for mutual linking? Techniques for finding partners that are likely to link with us, but still provides link juice. I must apologise for this long-winded set of questions, but these are troubling me! Any help would be greatly appreciated, Kind regards, Max Johnson

Web Site Migration Testing and SEO-QA Automation?
Hey Mozzers, Are there any good Migration-SEO-QA Tools out there? Given a prioritized list of URLs and prioritized list of Keywords, is there a tool that can compare basic SEO factors, old URL vs. new URL, and identify all the specific gaps that need to be fixed? Here is a basic SEO-QA acceptance checklist, for porting any website. . . . Until the porting work is completed we cannot accept the new website. Givens: 1. A list of the Top 100 URLs from the old site, prioritized by conversion rates, landing page traffic, and inbound links. 2. A list of the planned 404 - mapped URLs, old to new site, from the porting team. 3. A list of the current Top 200 Keywords, prioritized. 4. A good amount of SEO work has already been done, by several professionals, for the current (old) site. **How to evaluate if the new site will be acceptable to Google? Check ON-PAGE SEO Factors... ** **. . . that is, the NEW site must be AS GOOD AS (or better than) the current (old) site,

in the eyes of Google, to preserve the On-Page SEO work already done. ** Criteria: URLs ok? :: Is the URL mapping ok, old to new, best web page? LINKS ok :: Are all internal LINKS and keyword Anchor Text ported? TEXT ok :: On-page content, TEXT and keywords ok? TITLE ok :: HTML Title and title keywords ok? DESCRIPTION ok :: HTML Meta Description ok? H1, H2 ok :: HTML H1, H2 and keywords ok? IMG kwds :: HTML IMG and ALT keywords ok? URL kwds :: URL - keywords in new URLs ok? Potential porting defects: Keywords in URL missing: Keywords in HTML Title missing: Keywords in Meta Description missing: Any internal LINKS or Link anchor text missing: Keywords in Page TEXT missing: H1, H2 missing keywords: HTML IMG alt-text, IMG file URLs, any missing keywords: Notes: Until the porting work is completed we cannot accept the new site, or set a target date for potential cutover. There are eight (8) data items per URL, and about one hundred (100) URLs to be considered for SEO-QA before going live. We were expecting to cutover before the end of February, at the latest. There is no point in doing full QA acceptance-tests until the porting work is completed. QA spot-checks have found far too many defects. About 60% of the landing-page traffic comes via the top 40 URLs. With over 100 URLs to look at, it can take more than a week or two just to do SEO-QA in detail, manually, item-by-item, page-by-page, side-by-side, old vs. new. Spot-checks indicate a business disaster would occur unless the porting defects are fixed before going live. _Any Migration-QA Tools?_Given a prioritized list of URLs and prioritized list of Keywords, is there a tool that can compare basic On-Page SEO factors, old URL vs. new URL, and identify most of the specific gaps that need to be fixed before going live with the new site? _ *** Edit: Any comments on the SEO criteria, tools, or methods will be appreciated!_0 -

Does it make sense to have multiple campaigns for one website?
I'm new to SEO and SEOMoz. While setting up my campaigns, I was a bit confused. Do I need to setup separate campaigns for different pages of my site? For example, I run a proofreading service: www.kibin.com I obviously want to track keyword on the main page (like proofreading service), however, I also want to track keywords (like 'essay editing') on www.kibin.com/essay-editing Should these be two separate campaigns or do I just put all the keywords into one campaign for kibin.com? Thanks!
