Need to build a lot of new pages - up to 1,000 - where do I start?
-
We have about 300 main keywords and we are receiving an almost equivalent amount of traffic for long tail phrases.
These long tail phrases are more specific though, and are almost different queries entirelly.
For example
" keyword " is generally the same question as "keyword for sale"
but
"keyword" is not necessarily the same question as "aftermarket keyword"
So my question is, how do you go about creating a BUNCH of new pages?
-
If you truly have 300 pages that you are trying to rank for you would need to create useful data for each of these pages.I am getting the felling you are doing your keyword research with "Broad" parameters instead of [exact] paramaters. If you are using Googles Adwords Tool be sure to check the [exact] box on the left side of the screen and uncheck the "Broad" box.
300 keywords is a ton of keywords to target, and usually executed by large e-commerce sites.

I was thinking of purchasing it and having it redirect to one of my pages which is for electrical installation condition reports which is basically an electrical inspection. Is it worth purchasing and pointing to the page on my website (redirect) and how can I go about making it known to google? submit to webmaster tools and create a blog to do with EICR's? thanks for any help and advice Kev ps I found it on https://www.expireddomains.net

New Rules Keywords of Google Panda
Hello Everyone,.. I want to ask regarding my confusion of Keywords. How does search engine see the keywords? and find the website that is matched with the keywords. So this is what I mean: When I type keywords "luxury dog clothes" at google, then the website which is showed up, is nothing using keyword of "luxury dog clothes". But then appeared websites which in bold words are "designer dog clothes", "dog clothes", "designer dog" . Can anyone please help me to explain why Google shows the website which is not identical matched keywords "luxury dog clothes" that I am looking for? I read at the beginer guide SEO, that the good keywords must be placed at the front of the title then in the body description, placed no more than 2 times. But in fact, for the example above, there is nothing words of "luxury dog clothes" placed at the title and in the body description. This makes me very confuse how to determine the right keyword for mine, especially the long tail keywords. Thank you everyone. Hopefully you all can help me to explain as I am a newbie at SEO.

Any thoughts on how to reverse engineer a well-performing page?
I am working with a client (http://healthagy.com) to help drive traffic around specific health topics around clinical research. I'm stumped about how one of the pages (http://healthagy.com/botox-for-migraines-6-things-you-need-to-know/) can get around 5,000 visits a month, while the next most-visited page gets around 200. I don't know if we just got lucky or it was the right place/right time or what. I'm trying to figure out what I can research about this page to get insights to build more great content around other topics. Any ideas?

E-Commerce SEO: Where to start with 4,000+ products?
Hey everyone! Complete SEO novice here. I work as the sole content person for an ecommere website with 4,000+ products. I've been trying for months to come up with some sort of SEO strategy, but I'm drowning. Completely drowning. I've been trying to use on-page analytics here at Moz for certain products that get a lot of margin for us. This worked great for awhile, but I haven't seen much progress. And then I jumped to link building and then I jumped to blogging and social, and now I don't know where to focus. I know each and every one of these is important, but I feel like I'm only giving 10% to each instead of 100%. I'm not getting anywhere. I'm just doggy paddling. I am in desperate need of a starting point. And yes, I've read Moz's beginner guide to SEO. I've researched for hours, but nobody seems to have a good starting point for someone trying to optimize a site with 4,000+ products. WHERE DO I START? Category pages? Low-hanging fruit? I feel like I've tried it all. I need some concrete ecommerce advice. Something that gives me a solid game plan as a one-woman show. Do I go brand by brand? Do I go with products with good margin? Do I stop focusing on individual products and go for category pages? I can't wrap my head around an SEO workflow. I'm really looking for ANY advice that can stop my head from spinning with ecommerce SEO. It's completely overwhelming! Thank you in advance!

Plural vs singular keyword usage - on-page optimization
The on-page report card appears to include both plural and singular versions of keywords in reporting the keywords within the body, which results in a keyword stuffing warning. My question is, is it truly keyword spamming to use over 15 instances of a keyword that is spread across plural and singular versions of the keyword? If keywords are lumped together this way by Google's algorithms, why do pages rank differently for singular and plural versions of the same keyword?

How do you do Keyword Research for a company that creates a lot of content
I work for a media company that owns 4 magazines. Our company is constantly producing new content. How do you do Keyword Research when the subject of your content is constantly changing? Do you need to do Keyword Research or do you simply optimize every article that you write for the web? Any ideas?
