Acne related keywords in Google.fr
-
Hello everyone,
I am setting up a website with domainname.fr to rank in google.fr with Acne related keywords.
Can anyone give me Competitive keywords which can bring more than 10K visitors per month??
Help will be very much appreciated.
P.S: Actually, my uncle is having an offline acne product shop in France. He asked me to setup a website in Google.fr so that he can make some money.

Hi Simon,
We are not expecting10K visitors a day. We just need a decent traffic like 200-300 Unique visitors per day.. Something around 10K visitors per month.
According to semrush data:
traitement acné 1300 (acné treatment)acné du nourisson 2400 (infant acne)
I cant see more valuable keywords for my campaign. Do you think we can get more keywords??
Do you think there is a scope of gaining decent traffic from Google.fr to a french site?

Hello,
I think the issue you have here is that you are taking lightly the amount of work SEO involves, especially if you are aiming to rank for keywords that bring in over 10,000 in a day.
A new website is going to need a lot of work to get to that point and if your uncle wants to make money he would be better looking to invest into a professional SEO agency / consultant who can provide him with the right tools and experience to get him to where he wants to be.

Do "search keywords" matter?
I've been getting conflicting accounts about this. We aways fill out the Title Tag, Meta Description and Product Tags(<- for internal purposes) but we are concerned about how important the "search keywords" are. We use bigcommerce and they describe their value as this: "the search keywords are optional, but if entered will be used for two things. First, they will be used along with the product name to create meta tags for search engine (I know meta keywords are not important, so is this what they mean?). Second, they will be used to assist people when searching your products. (Also internal, right?)." For all intents and purposes I think it is NOT super important but I wanted to make sure before I let them take a back burner. Thank you for your help in advance!

Is "in" a keyword differentiator?
Does google view phrases with "in" in then as different keywords than the same phrase without an "in"? For example: is "great restaurants in chicago" the same keyword as "great restaurants chicago"? Whenever I do research on two phrases like this, they always come up with the same search volume.

Location-based Keyword Targeting
We are located in Denver, Colorado. I want the majority of the site to be focused on Denver keyword terms but I also think we should branch out to other cities around Denver, as well as around the keyword "Colorado." What's an appropriate way to do this? I've seen site that have a page for every city in the area but it looks terrible and doesn't really fit into the site. How do I cross link to these new city pages (I don't want them in the main navigation)?

Ranking Changes: Google.co.uk vs Google.com vs Google.com.au?
Why would my website appear, for example, second for a keyword search on Google.co.uk but on a search through Google.com or Google.com.au (Australia) not appear in the Top 50? Excuse the simplicity of the question!

Keyword research is tough isn’t it ?
I am only just realising that the Google Keyword Tool I use is aimed at Adwords customers and where competition is stated as low, they mean competition for adverts. When I have a ridiculously low amount of links and an equally low Domain Authority finding keywords is not easy. I presume there is some correlation between the SEOMOZ Keyword Difficulty score and the amount of Adwords traffic, but even very low Adwords Traffic Search Terms still seem to be moderately competitive. I guess its a case of plugging away with the Keyword Difficulty tool.
