Check the cuurent backlink profile, clean up any bad links if you can, and don't get links from link farms. As well as everything else Robert said too.

Amit,
I came to post a Question this morning and your query was first and I read it. Please understand first that I offer this in the hopes that it will assist you in your endeavor.
First and foremost, you mention that you have been doing on page and off page SEO ...but not getting proper responses. So i am only going to speak to the first part of this as I did not do an exhaustive review of the site.
Typically, in our company the first thing I check when we are having trouble with a client page/site is have we in some way been remiss in our on page SEO. And, if I am honest with you, there are definitely times when I say, "How did we miss this?"
Your on page is basically in need of overhaul on a lot of levels. Poor title tags, meta description over long and therefore wasted, missing H1/H2 almost everywhere, duplicate content with other online European pharmacies, meta keywords showing is not a best practice, etc.
This particular vertical is beyond highly competitive; it is one in which you must be ever vigilant and ever careful. (duplicate content, poor linking plans, etc. can cause algorithm problems if not penalties).
I think your best option is to back up and assess the site, then develop a plan, check the plan, and finally then implement changes. One area I would focus on noting your interest in KW analysis is this: Are you better served in a highly competitive niche using broad keywords or should you do some research around secondary keywords, long-tail keywords, etc.?
I hope this helps,
Robert

Will Moving Categories Affect SEO
I recently designed a new website to replace an old site. We managed to hold 90% ranking and traffic by keeping the same URS's and content. Now that we have completed that we are now updating the whole site. It is an commerce website. Some of the items we were selling we are getting from a new vendor. If I move these products from one one vendor to another will this affect SEO? Here is an example. I have a product called "Green Zipper Sweater". This product is Anchored via Manufacturer and Category. The URL and Title Tag are green-zipper-sweater. If the Sweater was made by "Nike Green Sweaters" and our new supplier is "Gap Yellow and Green Sweaters". If I change the the Manufacturer and now put it under "Gap Green and Yellow Sweaters" will this affect my ranking. We are continuing to stock products from the original supplier "Nike Green Sweaters" and we have an aggressive SEO plan and are ranking very well for "Nike Green Sweaters". We also have good product ranking so "Green Zipper Sweater" brings us a lot of traffic. I want to be sure I do not loose ranking for the product page "Green Zipper Sweater" and the Brand "Nike Green Sweaters" Any advice would be appreciated.

How to know exactly which page links to a 404 page on my website?
Hi Moz users, Sometimes I get 404 crawl errors using Moz Pro and when my website has a few dozen pages it is hard for me to find the original page that links to a 404 page. Is there a way to find this automatically using Moz or do I have to look for it manually? I just need to find the original link and delete it to fix my 404 issue. Please let me know thank you for you help. -Marc

What's the best way for SEO newbie to analyze & fix a site after being hit by Panda?
Hi, I have a prospective client who was in the top 3 on Google for two of their primary keywords. They fell way back in the rankings immediately after Panda was rolled out on September 27, 2012. Two weeks ago, they were at position #118 for one keyword. After looking for them in Rank Checker today, they cannot be found in Google at all. Here's my question. Because of the "bad links" (some pointing to Porno sites)... what's the possibility that this situation cannot be fixed? I don't know... maybe I'm asking an irrelevant question. I'm attempting to assess the situation so I can go back and present my findings to the prospective client. I'm committed to understanding what's going on with their website so I can assess the situation properly. Fixing their problem starts with a correct assessment. They have a ranking problem, and I know I can fix that... IF all their site needs is white hat <acronym title="Search Engine Optimization">SEO</acronym>. What I DON'T want is... to sell them <acronym title="Search Engine Optimization">SEO</acronym> services, only to find out in 3-6 months... I made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem, and therefore sold them the wrong solution. I know I can close the sale if I can show them with reasonable substantiation that the damage is not beyond repair. I'm familiar with the basics of <acronym title="Search Engine Optimization">SEO</acronym>, but I'm unfamiliar with how "bad linking" might effect the long-term commitment to optimizing. They're wondering if they should start over on another website. I was attempting to do an assessment to better understand if my typical approach on this site would be sufficient. Also... I wanted to get an assessment/report to show them something to substantiate my conclusion(s) about their website. If Open Site Explorer is sufficient to do the link analysis... great. At least I know I'm working with the right tool. All I have to do is learn how to use the tool quickly. At this point... I'm not sure which tool would be helpful. So... can you speak to the following 2 questions: 1.) How do you know when ranking problem is beyond fixing? 2.) What software/tool is ideal for doing some link analysis in order to assess the problem, and prescribe a solution? Thanks so much! Ramon

Adding new categories to my website and getting them ranked
Hi, I currently run a website and have added a couple of new categories lately. The website is Planes Trains Automobiles Co UK. For example I want to add "Planes for sale" as a new category. What is the best way to go about this? Will each aircraft added add content therefore ranking? I don't want to approach an SEO company yet as the service would be free for the time being? Thanks

How Would You Plan Long Term SEO (1 year and more)?
Hi, I'm new to SEO and learning fast. Myself joined together with my friends have set up a string of websites each for different products to sell online. To start with we have finalized keywords, optimized the on-page using the on-page analysis tool and right now about to start working on link building. For the first month we have planned to do around 20 bookmarking, 3 articles each to 15 article directories, 30 directory submissions (priority to niche based), business page listing in hot frog etc, 3 articles each submitted to 10 web 2.0 properties, 1 press release to 15 pres release sites, some Q&A links and few blog comments, 10 video submission and 1 guest blogging. We have also completed setting up facebook fan page and twitter account and active in them too. For anchor text diversity we will be using keywords only in links from article submission and web 2.0. For links from other methods, the anchor text will be either website name or website url. And we will be targeting 4 keywords per website (2 keywords for home page and 2 for 2 sub-pages). The difficulty level of the keywords range from 40% to 60%. Now, I have few questions which I believe the experts over here can help. 1. For the first month we have planned the above link building, but hpw build links from different websites in coming month? 2. For web 2.0 properties we can keep adding articles to the same blog we have created or we need to create separate set of web 2.0 properties for each month. 3. Are we missing any link building methods or strategy? If so, can you please tell me the method? I know some of the questions might be silly, but being a beginner it would be a great help to know the answer for these questions from this community. Thanks, Sridhar

Do you think Seomoz is worth the monthly fee if you're not a professional SEO ?
I just want to ask the people who subscribe to Seomoz on a regular basis, I just paid for my first month subscription but to be perfectly honest I'm trying to work out whether

somebody who is not rolling in cash and trying to make a living can afford to
pay the fee each month. I'm not a professional I just have two business websites and I'm learning the subject and finding it interesting. The tools do seem very good but I just wondered how people see this service on which aspect is the most important of them. I like to continue, I have been impressed the quality of the forum topics and discussions I just wonder whether I can afford to justify the fee.1 -
Possible to have more then one SEO Moz login / account
We have an SEO Moz subscription and we were wondering if there was a way to setup multiple users attached to that subscription (i.e. separate logins).
