Are they still holding Wednesday Webinars? It appear the last one was in early Nov.

Welcome Matthew,
If you are looking for how to use the SEOmoz tools and gain some general understanding as to what they can offer you then this is a nice start: http://www.seomoz.org/dp/wednesday-webinar
After that, the Q&A is a great resource. Search the site and if you aren't finding what you need then post a new question and you will usually get an answer quickly.
Was that what you had in mind?

Should I noindex user-created fundraising pages?
Hello Moz community! I work for a nonprofit where users are able to create their own fundraising pages on the website for supporters to directly donate. Some of them are rarely used, others get updated frequently by the host. There are likely a ton of these on our site. Moz crawl says we have ~54K pages, and when I do a "site:[url]" search on Google, 90% of the first 100 results are fundraising pages. These are not controlled by our staff members, but I'm wondering if meta noindexing these pages could have a big effect on our SEO rankings. Has anyone tried anything similar or know if this strategy could have legs for our site? My only concern is whether users wouldn't be able to find their fundraising page in our Google CSE implemented on the website. Any insight you fine folks could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Key words that my target segment uses
Using SEOMoz (or what other tools do you recommend), how can I find the most common key words that my target segment uses in Google search - about any subject? Say my target segment of customers is teens aged 13-18 in Mexico (using Spanish) or in Turkey (using Turkish language). Thank you in advance 🙂

Is SeoMOZ Crawl Diagnostics wrong here?
We've been getting a ton of critical errors (about 80,000) in SeoMoz' Crawl Diagnostics saying we have duplicate content in our client's E-commerce site. Some of the errors are correct, but a lot of the pages are variations like: www.example.com/productlist?page=1 www.example.com/productlist?page=2 However, in our source code we have used rel="prev" and rel="next" so in my opinion we should be alright. Would love to hear from you if we have made a mistake or if it is an error in SeoMoz. Here's a full paste of the script:

Excluding parameters from seomoz crawl?
I'm getting a ton of duplicate content errors because almost all of my pages feature a "print this page" link that adds the parameter "printable=Y" to the URL and displays a plain text version of the same page. Is there any way to exclude these pages from the crawl results?

Is the SEOMOZ rank checker accounting for the mega sitelinks?
Just curious if the SEOMOZ rank checker accounts for the mega sitelinks? Are this counted as separate listings (which would in effect make it report a lower serp position) or are they bundled up with the first result and considered as #1 spot? Thanks

Long tail software
I am trying to optimise on line shop. At begining I was focused on small number of keywords, but now I am considering using 'long tail' technique. Is there any software supporting/helping with 'long tail' seo, as it seems impossible to optimise for all of those pharses? How should link to subpages to get best results? Any other information regarding 'long tail' seo would be much appreciated. Best Regards
