I don't Know about SERPs,
In Google Analytics, i check the traffic source and keyword. But some are at the first place and as months past some other blogs do the SEO or get Social votes to get it first ! but i was the first one to update about a particular update !
See, i am confused ! can you explain how ! and with a checking tool SEO chrome, my site is not indexed in Bing and Yahoo !
-
No... I mean your SERPs...
Did you lose position your SERP for your keywords?
Because if your pagerank went down, but you kept your ranking positions, and traffic increased--
Who cares?
That just adds to my original point: PR doesn't matter much.
Search for "fighting breast cancer"
Or "fight breast cancer"
Or "delayed diagnosis of breast cancer"
or "failure to diagnose breast cancer" (highly desired by attorneys)
Look at the site (in the Google results) fighting-breast-cancer.com
It has a low page rank, but I that site ranks well for any phrase related to breast cancer. It has very few links and low PR.
I can give you lots of examples of sites on Page 1 of Google with very low page rank.

Blog Traffic is Higher than before ! and rankings means i was in PR5 now PR4 !
-
First of all, PR is not as important as people think. Nothing to get that worked up about. What matters is: Has your traffic dropped? Has your ranking dropped?

How to analyze a drop in featured snippets?
Our company site is, in general, performing great in organic search, but we've lost about 10 featured snippets throughout the last 5-6 months, and I'd like to know how to best approach analyzing this.

Was there a recent secret Panda update? Help.
Our site http://www.entrepreneurhandbook.co.uk has had a fairly significant drop in organic traffic this past week. Going from 3.8k to 3.k Can't see any reported updates on the major SEO websites, we'd had steady growth all year then appear to have back-peddled. One post in particular, our UK venture capital list was page1 for a number of VC related keywords such including 'venture capital' (google.co.uk) but it's completely dropped out of the index for that one and others. Does anybody have any ideas? We haven't done any link building at all, we've focussed entirely on on-site SEO and high quality in depth articles/posts/lists and historically we've always seen small increases at every algo update. 2CG25iv

One day impressions drop... how to figure out why?
I went back and looked through webmaster tools. I had around 3000 impressions per day leading up to 3/10/2014. Then on 3/11/2014, I dropped to 1000 impressions per day. Is there a good way to figure out what happened? Anyone know if there was a google update that day.

Where is Bing traffic?
According to http://mashable.com/2011/04/11/bing-search-growth/, Bing has almost half the market share compared to Google. Yet Bing organic traffic on my main site is exactly 2.8% of Google organic traffic. Is there some low-hanging fruit I am missing or do you guys have the same results as me?

How To Rank High In Google Places?
Hello SEOmoz, This question has been hounding me for a long time and I've never seen a single reliable information from the web that answers it. Anyway here's my question; Supposing that there are three Google places for three different websites having the same categories and almost same keywords and same district/city/IP how does Google rank one high from the other? Or simply put if you own one of those websites and you would want to rank higher over your competitors in Google places Search results how does one do it? A number of theories were brought up by some of my colleagues: 1. The age of the listing 2. The number of links pointing to the listing (supposing that one can build links to ones listing) 3. The name/url of the listing, tags, description, etc. 4. The address of the listing. 5. Authority of the domain (linked website) You see some listings have either no description, and only one category and yet they rank number one for a specific term/keyword whereas others have complete categories, descriptions etc. If you could please give me a definite answer I will surely appreciate it. Thank you very much and more power!

Removing secure subdomain from google index
we've noticed over the last few months that Google is not honoring our main website's robots.txt file. We have added rules to disallow secure pages such as: Disallow: /login.cgis Disallow: /logout.cgis Disallow: /password.cgis Disallow: /customer/* We have noticed that google is crawling these secure pages and then duplicating our complete ecommerce website across our secure subdomain in the google index (duplicate content) https://secure.domain.com/etc. Our webmaster recently implemented a specific robots.txt file for the secure subdomain disallow all however, these duplicated secure pages remain in the index. Disallow: / My question is should i request Google to remove these secure urls through Google Webmaster Tools? If so, is there any potential risk to my main ecommerce website? We have 8,700 pages currently indexed into google and would not want to risk any ill effects to our website. How would I submit this request in the URL Removal tools specifically? would inputting https://secure.domain.com/ cover all of the urls? We do not want any secure pages being indexed to the index and all secure pages are served on the secure.domain example. Please private message me for specific details if you'd like to see an example. Thank you,0
