What Is The Best Way To Attract Guest Bloggers
-
Hi, i am trying to find a way to attract guest bloggers for my site. We are looking for people to be a guest blogger on items such as gadgets, business, finance, marketing and so on, but i am not sure what is the best way to attract people.
Any advice on the best way to attract guest bloggers would be great and advice if we should give them more than one link.
Would love to hear from people who have been a guest blogger to find out what they would want.
It has been suggested to me that a guest blogger gets one link and if they require two then they must link bac.
looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Diane, to make the forums less cluttered and more focused we only allow one active thread per site at a time. Most blogs fall under one of our very generic categories. If you need to try more categories, squeeze all you can from your currently active thread, then close it and create a new one in a different category. This way we also ensure each user doesn't have too many threads he/she is not able to keep up with
This helps us keep the forum integrity and usefulness!

thank you for letting me know about myblogguest, it has been great for us.
the only problem i have had is, i have put a request under health but it will not let me put a quest under anything else, it is telling me that i have to delete the request for me to put another request in, do you know why this is.

Register on myblogguest.com and try contacting a few guest bloggers through the forum.
Their guest blogging community is pretty big, I'm sure you'll find quite a few guest bloggers that will fit your topic.

Is there a quick and easy way to check a website to see which outbound links open in the browser window and not in a new window?
I have just come across a few blogs on a website that have outbound links that open in the browser window (and therefore direct people off site to these links) (there are also other outbound links that open in a new window)- is there a quick and easy way to check which outbounds links open in a new window and which open in the browser window? Much obliged Liam

Is there a way to repost content (with permission) to another site without being penalized by Google?
I write a monthly Social Media Marketing column for a local Business Journal and the column is printed in their paper as well as posted on their website. Is there any way I can repost these articles on my website's blog without being penalized by Google for "duplicate content"?

What is the best way to get around duplicate content when you are advertising exactly the same content on two different sites?
I am currently trying to improve exposure for an online degrees website but the content for the degree program pages is exactly the same as the company's main website. What would you suggest for getting around the duplicate content issue as a lot of the curriculum content will obviously be the same for each module, etc? Thanks

Blogger & Blogspot Content - Move Across To Own Domain?
Hey, A few new clients have blogs hosted on blogger & blogspot, the first advice of mine is to set up a blog hosted on their company domain. It's usually easy to convince them of the benefits. What should happen to all the content on the existing blog? One blog in question has over 100 entries, good content with a lot of links back to the business domain. The blog itself has less than 10 links pointing in but a domain mozrank 3.5. In this example, my gut is telling me to leave it as is, and start fresh on the own domain. What about if there's less then 10 posts? At what point should the content be moved over to the new blog? Thanks for your thoughts.

How to best implement "metered model" on a site
Hi, I'm scratching my head over how to best implement the "metered model" on a site without users being able to game it all too easily. Has anybody in this QA forums implemented one before and is willing to share his/her best practises and findings? Currently I think raising the bar to force everybody to login is a bad idea + we would still need to open the site for google and other engines and can be tricked that way. Also this might lead to some penalty (cloaking)? Using cookies might not be enought as I think almost every Internet user these days knows that this might be the #1 place to look and they are deleted in a second. Counting based on a users IP-adress is also a bit critical as this is not accurate enough. Should we just use cookies and hope for the best?
