Same posts on facebook and google+. Is this a problem?
-
I plan to publish same posts on facebook and google+.
As they are in 10 different languages, I would rather not make modifications for facebook and google+ respectively.
-
Do you see any problems with this?

Do you think it matters whether I first publish on google+ or first on facebook?

Any problem if I publish posts on one social media account which I already published in another social media account for another company of mine some months ago?
thanks

excellent.. will do so.
Takeshi, thanks for the advice.

Ok, I don't really see any problems in that instance then. It's nice to provide content every once in a while that's only available on one network or the other though. Don't just always post the same content on both sites.

thanks.
I am not concerned about ranking of my facebook or google plus page in google.

The answer depends on what you're trying to accomplish with the posts. Are you trying to get them to rank in Google? In that case, then publishing the same content twice would be duplicate content, and likely only one of the posts will show up in the search results.
From a social media perspective, if there is a large overlap between your Facebook audience & Google+ audience, then your users may see the same content twice, which most users won't mind but some could find annoying.

Separate Google+ page per blog language?
Our corporate blog is currently online in four different languages (English, Dutch, German and French): blog.com blog.be blog.fr blog.de For these different blogging domains we have one single Google+ page on which we share the blogs' content in different languages. Would it be better to make four separate Google+ pages (per blogging domain)? What would be the advantages/disadvantages? Also, each article is posted in four different languages. But the author stays the same for all different languages. So one author always posts content in English, Dutch, German and French. Could Google consider this as spam?

Google Authorship
Hey Guys, I'm trying to setup an Authorship profile for a client of mine and I am not sure if I have done it correctly. Here is what I did: I put my clients blog in the 'Contributor To' section on Google + (https://plus.google.com/u/0/116742052385950982723/about) I confirmed my email address on Google + I put the Google + profile link at the end of each article I put the Google + profile link in my user account inside of WordPress One thing im not too sure about is that there is a link to my clients Google + Page (Not Profile) in the footer, will this prevent authorship? Have I missed anything? Thanks!

Should I adopt Google Plus Custom URLs?
Google Plus have just released Custom URLs, see here So instead of the messy https://plus.google.com/b/012345679 you can have http://www.google.com/+{yourbrandname}. This would be much better for memorizing. But any opinions on added or future perceived SEO benefit?

Facebook Timeline Apps
Hello, I was just wondering pretty much what the difference between a static HTML page for your timeline is and what the apps are. Is this something that is going to be wildly popular. What should one focus on when creating these static pages or custom apps? It seems like outreach and insights is going to be big for Timeline as well. What are the best practices for switching over in a timely manner while staying somewhat slightly ahead of the game?

Facebook Comment Notifications
I setup Facebook comments on my site using the iframe setup. I thought FB would notify me whenever someone comments on my website, but that is not the case. Now people are commenting and I would have to look through hundreds of pages on my site to reply to their questions. I searched the web on how to do this, but I am lost when looking at the steps. Can anyone help provide clear instructions on how to notify me of my website comments on my FB page or by email?

Facebook Page vs. regular website
Thought experiment... All other things being equal (content, inbound links, etc), which will rank better: a Facebook Page or a regular website? Why?
