Changing Location & Losing Location Based Keywords

We're a web agency, and we've just moved from Bromley to Sevenoaks. Our website ranks really well for all Bromley led keywords and regularly brings enquiries, but we're no longer based in Bromley. We don't want to lose our rankings, but clearly we can't claim to be based in Bromley when we are now in Sevenoaks. Obviously, we also need to start using Sevenoaks to build up traction for searches in our new area.
So the question is - should we create a Bromley or Sevenoaks focused landing page (or both)? Should we change all references of Bromley to Sevenoaks across the site in one go or gradually? Would it be terrible to leave Bromley onsite?

I agree with Takeshi that further information would be helpful here.
By 'web agency', I am assuming that you mean your company is an SEO firm, web design firm or does some other type of online marketing. If so, then presumably you are talking about organic rankings rather than local ones as Google hasn't shown web design or SEO firms in their local results since 2010.
If this is correct, I am not totally clear as to the role your physical location plays in your business model and I'm assuming your client transactions are virtual. Do you publish a physical address on your website? Do any clients come to that location? Did you previously serve only Bromley-based clients? Are you now going to serve only Sevenoaks-based clients? Please, provide as much information as you can about your business model, the role your address has played, your optimization and your goals.

Is this a local business where location matters? Are Bromley and Sevenoaks close to each other?
If location matters and the two locations are close enough, creating 2 landing pages is a great way to get traffic from both locations. You can even create pages for other cities that are close by to get traffic from those locations as well.

Google AMP or CDN?
Hello. I'm running a CMS that cannot currently support both CDN and Google AMP. I would have to choose one or the other. Does anyone have any insight on which may be the better choice until I can figure out how to have both? I installed CDN first to reduce the time it took for my pages/images to load. I'd like to have AMP because it can do the same, and perhaps be a little more Google friendly (their product). I would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks! Steve

Keyword stuffing as per the on-page grader
Hi Moz Community, I've recently become a Moz Pro user and I very impressed with the insights that it has to offer. However, I have been using the on-page grader to evaluate this page and it suggests that I am using the keyword "kiln dried logs" too many times and not to use more than 15 times. I have a slight dilemma because my product titles all contain this keyword and I wanted to get somebody's take on where the "15 repetitions" comes from and if it is better for me to strip this keyword out of my product titles to fall within the guidelines? Should I optimize just my main category page for this keyword at the expense of potentially losing traffic for my product pages? Any input would be much appreciated.

Would you consider this title to be keyword stuffing or bad?
A competitor uses the following format for all of their meta titles: [Store Name] Voucher Codes, Cashback & Discount Codes | [Website Name] They do vary their titles slightly, depending on which keywords are searched for, for the particular store. What do you think about this title? I'm torn between it looking a little 'stuffy' but them also getting across the point that their page offers all of that.

Using a keyword on homepage of a blog
I have a blog and the homepage has the 5 most recent posts. I ran a report card on my homepage for my main keyword. One of the problems is that the keyword only appears 1 time. I don't want to put it in the signature of every post because I found that causing problems with self-cannibalizing. I checked my competitor and they got a check mark for this but I looked at their homepage and I found the keyword NOWHERE! So where is my competitor hiding the keywords and how can I get the keywords on the homepage when the content is constantly changing? Thanks in advance!

Keyword Placement in Page Title - will changing it make a big difference?
Hiya guys I've noticed since changing my Title of my forum from: Talk Nightlife | Nightlife and Clubbing forum for the UK to Talk Nightlife | Nightlife Forum and Clubbing Guide for the UK (current) ... That its jumped from 22nd to 10th in google for term "nightlife forum" Am wondering, because of the on site optimisation tool telling me I should put the keyword to the front to something like eg: Nightlife Forum | Talk Nightlife Clubbing Guide for the UK Will changing the Keyword and putting it to front of the Title make a big difference? Changing Subfolder that has been crawled before
Question: I am using a wordpress multisite and I enabled the crawl options yesterday www.abc.com/subfolder <-original but i find that www.abc.com/sub is good enough I checked the site:abc.com but I find that my pages in the /subfolder has been crawled before. Can I just change it to www.abc.com/sub or it will raise duplicate content issue?

Should you try to rank for misspelled keywords?
Hi there, 2 part question: Is it best practice to try to rank for misspelled keywords that bring in lots of traffic or should you instead just try to rank for the correct spelling of that keyword and hope that you rank better on the misspelling as an indirect result? E.G. The misspelled keyword "Hamilton island accomodation" is a common misspelling that brings in traffic but we have an "F" rank for that term (obviously because we spell accommodation correctly on our site). We don't want to misspell anything but are there techniques to rank better for misspellings that won't hurt content quality? The On-Page Optimization tool says that our website doesn't rank in the top 50 on Google Aus for "Accomodation Hamilton Island" or "Hamilton Island Accomodation" but when i do a manual search, we actually are the first result. Is this an error with the On-Page optimization tool? Thanks!
