What happens if use PR release as a guest blog article?

What happens if use a PR release as a guest blog article on someone else blog as we want to distribute PR as many places as possible?
Thanks

Putting the same thing all over the place isn't a solid strategy. You risk confusing search engines and ultimately working against yourself.
-
The two shouldn't be interchangeable, both should be in different formats and writing style.
If you do want to repurpose it, as Clare said, make sure that it is unique and would avoid a duplicate content penalty. Most good blogs won't accept it if its a duplicate of a previous press release.

You need to make sure you don't duplicate content as search engines can dedicate it and it will defeat your efforts.
Repurpose the article so it's different.

My Blog Post Not Appearing In Top - Covered every aspect of the topic
Hello Moz Team, hope everyone is doing well, I have question regarding mine blog post recently that I published: https://mobilemall.pk/blog/definition-of-cuboid-surface-area-volume-basic-properties/ My target keywords in this post are Cuboid Definition, Cuboid Surface Area, Cuboid Volume. I have considered and applied every good SEO practice, like H Tags, gave links to authority sites, featured image, other images, etc but my post is still not appearing in top 3, 5 or even 10 I have covered each and every aspect of the topic, Can anyone let me know what's the reason and any suggestion for me. Thanks!

Blog Posts
I have a blog as part of my business website...when I make a blog post, should I ALWAYS include a link in that post back to another page on my website? So every blog post has a link back to the site..or should I be intermittent on backlinks? Just wondering what the best practice is to help the site's SEO...

Authorship for Company Blog -- What if Employee Leaves?
This question has been sort of asked before but I haven't found any concrete answers. We've never really had a consistent author on our company blog. We had an internal employee writing, and then we outsourced for a bit, and now we're moving back to an internal writer. With all the transientness of our authors, who should we be using for authorship? If the new writer leaves our company, they take all their AuthorRank with them. Would it make sense to post all content under one of the founders or maybe even a fictitious employee? Edit: Orrrr do we get the new author to create a separate G+ Profile tied to their company email address that we can retain control over even if they leave?
