I can't activate a campaign...
-
I have about 12 campaigns in my account. One of them has disappeared.
If I deactivate every campaign I have, the dashboard still says that I have one campaign active. Yes, I know which campaign is active-- it's the missing one. The only evidence I have that the missing campaign is still "there" is the one active campaign that remains open, but not displayed anywhere.
Yes, I am absolutely sure I didn't delete it.
But that's only my first problem. So now that all of my campaigns are visually archived, I can go in and activate them one at a time, and that works.
Except for one campaign. I have one campaign that simply will not allow me to activate. It does not give me an error message when I click activate. I just get the jquery "waiting" animation and then...nothing.
This is kind of urgent and I emailed moz during normal business hours with no response yet.

Hey Mike,
This is definitely an odd one, and I believe it's something specific to your campaigns. You did the right thing by sending in an email with the details. Our team is working through the queue, and we'll get in and check it out. Did you make sure to specify which is the problematic campaign in your email?
Thanks!

Hi Mike,
Did you open a Help Team ticket at http://moz.com/help/contact? If you are online tonight (reading this), you may consider tweeting @moz. So sorry for your troubles, and thanks for your patience while we iron this out.
Cheers,

Thanks Peter. Yes, I think the new back-end is confusing. And it was worth a guess, but that wasn't it. Thanks for playing though!

Hi Mike
I doubt that this will help, but one thing I have seen recently is missing campaigns in Moz Analytics that are shown in Moz Pro. I have also seen someone saying yesterday on the Q&A that they were missing campaigns the other way around.
As I say, I doubt this will the case in your situation, but it may be worth checking if they are in Analytics or vice versa in Pro.
Peter

What's the loss of an archived Campaign
Hi, I was wondering what will happen if I resume an archived campaign again. Will I lose any information by first archiving the campaign and resume it after.

Campaign Dashboard Error: "Our Connection to Your Google Account Has Been Lost"
I keep getting the following error in my Campaign Dashboard: “Our connection to your Google account was lost. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data”. Please reauthorize now. I do reauthorize but by the time I log out and log back in, the same message gets displayed. Any ideas? Thanks, Alan

Why hasn't my site info shown up yet?
I set up a campaign a few days ago (middle of last week) and the information still hasn't shown up. I figured that analytics were gathered weekly so I let it sit until Monday, but it still tells me to check back in 24 hours. Thanks for your help! Love the suite, by the way - lots and lots of great tools and easy enough to let my client see what's going on!

Can I still view archived campaigns if the subscrition is downgraded to the free version?
We have made a company decision to use another tool for the purpose of rank tracking and want to downgrade our Moz subscription to improve our bottom line. The current debate is whether the archived information has enough value to justify keeping a subscription. I am desperately hoping to circumvent this foolish, time consuming debate by being able to view archived campaign data from the free subscription, is this possible? Thanks in advance.

Bring a Campaign Back From the Dead?
Hi SEOMoz, We've deleted a campaign recently that needs to be turned back on. Is there any way to do this? I'd rather not lose the archived rankings and data from the campaign and have to start recording/tracking anew. Thanks
