Does anyone know if there are any adwords guideline restrictions against naming a product with the term "Clinically Proven?"

If you do a search for something like "protein powder" there are the sponsored ads where you can shop. Does anyone know if there are any guidelines against naming a product with "Clinically Proven." For example, "Clinically Proven Protein Powder." Any guidance, insight, or links helping to answer this question would be appreciated.

Thanks everyone. It's actually not a sales tactic, but my thought was that people using it unscrupulously may make it a term that violates guidelines (even if it is true). I'll update if/when I post. Thanks, again.

I would have to believe that Google will request, if not require, that a claim of that nature be validated on the landing page, or within 1 click, by a 3rd party source. If you are self-proclaiming as a sales tactic, then they may not approve it. As far as the words themselves, I am fairly confident that there is no guideline restriction that will auto flag the copy for review before approval.
good luck and let us know for sure!

Does AdWords say anything about needing to follow FTC guidelines? If so, that might affect things (need to make sure the FTC rules are complied by).

I haven't heard of this being a negative keyword, and the only way to really check this, is to try is briefly and see if it passes, and then see if you notice any problems. If there are issues, you will know pretty quickly.
Personally, however, I wouldn't use this to form part of the title - I would add this to the description:
Huge Protein Powder Range
Choose to buy from our range of clinically proven protein powdersThat sort of thing.

Negative keywords on AdWords account, but mispelling in customer query still triggers ad. Possible to avoid?
Ok, So this really p*#%d me off the other day. I've built an extremely comprehensive list of Negative keywords for our trade bookbinding pages on Ad words. Amongst 100's of others, I've also included every City, Town, Village, and County in the UK so our Ads don't get triggered by local search intent. However, we're still getting clicks from searches like this one: **'binding services n worcestr' ** Question: If Google won't assume this is a misspelling of one of our Neg KW, how I can I possibly protect the account from this type of search? Is this something we just have to accept having KW's on broad match mod/ phrase match?

Google AdWords Class Action Settlement?
Has anyone received and responded to a notice of class action settlement from Google Adwords? The sender (and the website it directs to) is adwordsclassaction.com. I see that there was such a thing, I am just not sure whether that domain is the official one to respond to?

Privacy Policy in Adwords
Does anyone have direct experience regarding the impact on quality score by ensuring there is a privacy policy in place on the landing page? I am aware of the legal requirement but I have heard anecdotal evidence there could be an impact on quality score if one is missing.

AdWords Different Budgets on Different Days
I have a single campaign and this is what I want. Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri to have a budget of $270 per day

Wed to have a budget of $324 per day
Sat, Sun to have a budget of $432 per day Currently, the only way I can see to do this is to have three separate campaigns, which is very disagreeable. Please tell me there's something I'm overlooking. Thanks0 -
Which landing page is used to calculate "Landing Page Experience" of a keyword in Adwords?
In Google Adwords, one ad group can have multiple landing pages, yet keywords are shared. So when I look at the keywords, they use one of the landing pages from ads, but which one? Shall we create separate ad groups and set only one landing page per group to avoid this problem? If this is the way then how come landing page is not a shared property like the keywords in ad groups? I hope someone with enough Google Adwords experience can help me here. Thanks,

Does anyone know of an excel template for creating keyword combinations?
I am looking for an Excel template with Macros that would allow me to drop a column of keywords next to a column of modifiers and it would build out thousands of keywords with a Macro. Can anyone drop their best SEO/SEM Excel template spreadsheet links in the comments?

Adwords search term report processing help
So I've downloaded my 6000 row adwords search term report, and want to analyses brand keywords and variants only....I could do this by brute force, but I'll want to do it again in a month or two. I have a nice regex string which will do the job but can't find a way to implement a solution. Is there a good way to do this? Or is there a better way? Adwords won't let me filter using regex, Excel needs vb setup to use regex and I've tried the regex in Libre Calc (doesn't return the correct results).

AdWords question on text ads
Hey all, I have a certain format I want to follow on my text ads across several ad groups. I deleted all the past ads and only three ad groups remain with ads that follow this format. When I hit add new ad group, the ad come pre-populated with the text of a now deleted ad and I cannot for the life of me change it. I would love for one of my active ads to come up as I only have to change one name and one number in each ad. How do I control what that default ad is? How can I make it stop being an ad I have deleted. Please help!
