I want to be sure I'm understanding your question correctly. If you are trying to list a business physically located in Canada, I'm afraid Moz Local is not a good match for you. But, if you're saying that you are trying to list the businesses of your US-based clients, then Moz Local will work for that. As with any citation building strategy (whether manual or automated) it's all about the physical location of the business, and at this time, Moz Local supports US-based businesses solely. Although our business is located in Canada, our Inquiries, prospective clients are from the US and we're targeting the US market. Is Moz local good for us?

That's really sad. I understand the work that must go into these programs, but it will be sorely missed this side of the Atlantic. There was a get listed for the UK I believe for a short time, but was cancelled due to issues. I had always hoped that would get sorted... instead it's been scrapped.
