Linkbuilding backlinks list to linkpartnes embed in website?
-
We do backlinking for clients. And for this we also create a backlink page for linkingpartners (afcorse not all link have a backlink). For easy maintaince it would be handy if we can create a page on our server that is embed on the website of our clients. Is it possible to do this so there is no negative SEO? (google will rate this page and the content perfectly)
best regards, Vincent

You can always just create a new page on their CMS just then you will have to copy & paste this HTML into every clients website.

clear. Thanks for your answer. I thought of this problem also. But i also have some clients where we don't have FTP access to. So that's why i looked for a embed solutions. (no iframe. but maybe other solution)
Sounds i'm looking for something not existing.

I think the best way is going to be manually have a html page for each client, you can just update this once and upload to all your clients websites. If they are on CMS systems though you may have to create a new sub-folder then have an index.html in here as anything pointing to the main folder may be routed by the CMS system.
Example -
If you go to www.example.com/network.htm the CMS might be looking for a page called network which will override your physical file.
I would have a folder /folder-name/index.html and just link to the folder name which will resolve the index.html
Hope this helped.

Thanks for your answer. Not clear how your solution will work. Every client uses another CMS. So not going to work to connect to all these systems. Iframe is indeed a bad solution. You mean uploading a html page to every website we do SEO for?

You need a way to submit to a master database which all these websites were connected to and updating this page. I would stay away from iFrames, it is possible, you just need to have the technical skills really and a master database where this page is stored.

Outreach for backlinks
What are some of the best ways to reach out for back links? The goal is to get a link from their website to our root or an anchored text but what are some techniques and options to consider to make it beneficial for both parties?

Backlinks and SPAM
I was doing some back link review of competitors and I have noticed that many of our competition have 300+ do follow back links from Justia.com and an additional 300+ do follow links from law.cornell.edu (they share the same database). The links on Justia are from different pages and they are all going to the root of our competitors site. So the questions are as follows; 1: For the purpose of SEO is this considered SPAM 2: If not SPAM, then does it have a positive effect on the competitions website and should I attempt to emulate for my client. Thanks in advance. -Jeff

Linkbuilding in Latin America
I've started a magazine in Latin America about creative ways of making money, working from home, learning technical skills from home. We are not that spammy like other "make money" magazines, but of course we want to sell information products in the future. So far we are 3 people. I already have years of SEO experience but I built blog networks of expired domains and ranked for specific keywords. In this case I need more Brand backlinks and get Domain Authority. Unfortunately we failed pretty hard so far. What we tried: 1.) We searched for 2 infographic linkbaits that were very successful in the US, redesigned them, used similar content and reached out to around 60 websites. We offered them that we write a guest post made for their website from a professional journalist and embedding our infographic. From the 60 websites and no deal. The graphics costed us around 400$ to create. 2.) We tried to interview people (in the hope that they will link back to us from their website after the interview). Unfortunately from around 120 e-mails only two responded - only one linked back to us. We contacted them through the contact forms of their websites. 3.) We offered money for a blog post. After 2 hours of reaching out, we got 6 backlinks for an average of 40$ per link + time. Is the whole blogging culture only existing in Anglistic countries? It seems to me that people only link out to big brands (who started offline) or they charge money. The websites that rank for terms like "make money" (ganar dinero) have only paid- and spam backlinks. A few exceptions by people who had contacts to journalists of big magazines. What's my strategy?

Where can I get a list of broken links to my client's website?
I have a client who owns a website that attracted a large number of links to internal pages of their sites. Without realising the value of those links, they removed every page of their website other than the home pages that now reads, "new website coming soon". How can I get a list of every website still linking to the (now broken) internal pages of their site?

Backlink Lists
I am trying to create a valid list of backlink domain to disavow after a 50% traffic cut by Penguin......problem is I have now pulled lists from 4 tool and the lists are all different. I find a toxic domain from the tool run on LinkResearchTools and look on Google and Site Explorer and the toxic link does not even show. I look at the page and sure enough the link from year ago on a link farm is there. Is there really a rue definitive tool that will give me a list of all links? Better yet is there a tool that will help me evaluate which domain to disavow ? I want to follow Dr. Pete's advice and go slow but I am also anxious to cut ties with SEO work done by someone else in the hay day of link farm SEO and frankly looking at resent links some Bad SEO by competitors.

How Many Backlinks Per Day
I am starting to do some manual back-linking for a medium competition word with high traffic. I plan to start back linking with like niche blogs with non spam comments, like niche directories, like niche forums, and guest blogging. My domain is over 3 years old and ranks for multiple keywords, but I'm going to concentrate specifically on this keyword, but need to know how many links to back-link a day. Again none of these will be spam, but will be of real quality. I was thinking 10-20 a day, but unsure.

What are your experiences with outsourcing linkbuilding?
For us, any indian/3rd world linkbuilding vendor - do NOT hire them, they will ruin your link profile. If you give them very specific directions & find the right company/guy they can be decent for guerilla (blog/forum/etc) linkbuilding. What are your experiences?
