Number of pages crawled = 1; Why?
-
Since November, we've been trying to figure out why, when I select Crawl Diagnostics, my number of pages crawled is only 1.
In mid-november, we changed our URL. That is, we went from www.example.com/home-page/ to www.example.com/new-home-page/. My first assumption was that I needed to re-create my Moz profile. That didn't fix it. The only crawl error we get is the no rel="cannonical" found -- but it's there. We find it on every page, including the home page. Our content shows up in search. Moz bar shows us info for every page. I just don't know what else to check. Everything else in my dashboard seems to look as expected.
Specifically, I've turned to Crawl Diagnostics to find 4XX errors on our site. Typically we find one or two per week. Sometimes 0. Sometimes 4 or more. But it's been 0 since November. I highly doubt we've arrived at perfection.
Any thoughts?

I sent it again via my email instead of our Help Desk. I am trying to not paste the content here as it has screen shots of your campaign.
-
Hmmm... I didn't get your email. Can you just paste it here?

SEOpace - This is commonly an issue of campaign setup with sub-folders or subdomain tracking and using a www. vs non-www. website. I sent you an email with more details as well. Feel free to follow up in either location!

Hi,
I would write an email to the help team. They will help you diagnose what the issue is. It is quite hard to answer such a question without the details behind the scenes.
You can email them at: help@moz.com

Refund From MOZ for Cancelled Account-How To Get Refund, Phone Number for MOZ Corporate Office?
I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding. I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount. After not getting a response, I searched for a corporate phone number for MOZ. No phone number can be found. I am somewhat concerned as legitimate companies have phone numbers. Can someone advise me as to how to get my refund? Also, I subscribe to MOZ local. I need to know of canceling MOZ pro will inadvertently cancel MOZ local. Thanks,

Hi Moz community, My Moz Pro writes 555 duplicate content errors, when i click on the page address to check witch page duplicate, it gives me the same page address without WWW. http://www.domain.com/page Duplicated: http://domain.com/page The first thing i checked is my .Htaccess file.. , I found out i have a www redirection that redirect everyone without the "www" to the full domain with the "www" - and it works perfectly on the browser. With the new update on the Page Optimization all my previous page scores and rankings are not longer showing up. Why?
Since the page optimization tab has updated all my previous page scores and rankings are no longer there. But if I am looking at the pages on the dashboard tab, they show up. When in the page optimization tab and try to click on a page to see the ranking, score, and tips to improve, it doesn't show any data. The page is almost blank. What happened and how do I fix it?
