Refund From MOZ for Cancelled Account-How To Get Refund, Phone Number for MOZ Corporate Office?

I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding.
I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount.
After not getting a response, I searched for a corporate phone number for MOZ. No phone number can be found. I am somewhat concerned as legitimate companies have phone numbers.
Can someone advise me as to how to get my refund?
Also, I subscribe to MOZ local. I need to know of canceling MOZ pro will inadvertently cancel MOZ local.

Regarding your question about Moz Local- this is a separate subscription and is not impacted by cancelling Moz Pro. Moz Pro and Moz Local subscriptions need to be cancelled individually so cancelling your Moz Pro subscription will not also cancel Moz Local.

Moz has stopped crawling my site
Hello, We have been using Moz Pro for over a year on our site and in the last month noticed that our site is not being crawled anymore. I took a look in Google Search Console, and everything seems to be fine there, so I think it is just the Moz tool that is not working. Has anyone else experienced this? Latest Moz reports (pro) not including competitive link analysis
Hi Pls advise when these have been regenerated once fixed or will they just be emailed out automatically ? My clients all after their New Year monthly & quarterly reports hence this info is needed urgently, pls advise ? Also when will reports start showing social data in the reports and also when will the data that currently shows on the dash start to be accurate ? Moz Netiquette
It's now happened three times in three days: I get unsolicited email (apparently harvested from my Moz profile) that invites me to try a new product or contribute to a new site. The senders are completely unknown to me. The emails are full of hype, sketchy on details and poorly written. They have all the hallmarks of phishing scams. But on further inquiry the emails seem to be legit. I nonetheless feel entitled to confess my extreme exasperation. When did sending unsolicited mass email of the "Dear Colleague" variety to perfect strangers become acceptable business practice? It's always struck me as being beyond the pale and beneath contempt. Why would anyone try to launch a business which such dubious and unsavoury tactics? Am I missing something here? Or becoming a fuddy duddy? I suppose I could remove my contact info from my MOZ profile, but I have found it useful in the past. What surprises me is that people would contact me "out of the blue" to ask for free help without making the slightest attempt to cultivate a relationship first. Am I wrong?
