Create a report with keyword, label, difficulty, global search volume, and ranking?
-
Is it possible to create a report with containing keyword, label, difficulty, global search volume, and ranking? Currently in order to get the data, it seems like I need to manage two lists, the keyword list we are tracking and the keyword list in the Difficulty tool then somehow manually combine the data. Is there an easier way?

Glad to see you got most of the reporting needed.
You may also want to submit a feature request over here and see if the community and Moz team can plan to implement your feature.

Thank you. I did get vlookup working with the two data sets and I do have some N/A values. It's going to take some work to get all my tracked keywords into the difficulty list. I wish there was a way to auto check the difficulty and bing volume for my tracked keywords and generate a report. Your info helped a lot though. Thanks

The keywords would need to match exactly to make sure the Vlookup works properly. If you're tracking keywords that are not in the difficulty list / vice versa then the Vlookup would pull a N/A value, which would let you know the keyword is not on the list.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using the Bing Global Search Volume in Moz. I found that the Google Keyword Planner tool is not accurate as the data is based on the particular adwords account. I'll look into the excel vlookup feature. What about the best way to make sure the keywords in the Moz Keyword difficulty list are the same ones being tracked in the tracked keyword report?

Hi promfgsystems,
A report like that is not available within the Moz tools with all the information in one place. However, is you're familiar with Excel then combining a few reports together to create that dashboard is not very difficult with the help of Vlookups.

Download the Tracked Keywords report - This will give you...

Keywords
-
Labels
-
Ranks
-
Download the Keyword Difficulty and SERP Analysis report - This will give you...
-
Keyword difficulty
-
Bring all your keywords to the Google Keyword Planner Tool - This will give you...
-
Global search volume (Moz cannot shot Google search volume)
Then you would put all of these reports into a single Excel workbook and use a Vlookup to put the information into 1, simple report.

Can Moz Keyword Explorer help target keywords for Google Images results?
I'm wondering if I can use Keyword Explorer (or maybe another tool?) to target keywords for image rankings. I'd like to play around with optimizing images so that they appear in search results and thus provide traffic - but wasn't sure the best way to track that kind of progress. My ultimate goal is to analyze the difficulty of ranking for a certain keyword via Google images. (I do know to optimize alt tag/title tag/place in relevant article etc, but wanted to know if I could research the difficulty). Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Keyword Count Incorrect In On Page Grader
Hi, I have found that on one site I am working on seems to have issues when i run it through the on page grader. The problem is that it is saying I am showing the main keyword 24 times in the body, but actually it is 12 times. Could there be a problem on the website that is showing something I cant see, or is this a known issue. Thanks

What does it mean when Moz KW explorer returns a negative keyword difficulty score (eg -2)?
I recently did a keyowrd difficulty lookup in Moz keyword explorer as usual and for the first time a saw several (out of 100s) of negative keyowrd scores (generally -2). Is this a bug, what does it mean?

Dashboard module in Custom report
Hello Earth I'm putting a custom report together for higher management and have added the dashboard module as a good starting point. However, all I want from it is the overall visit & visit break down and the domain authority data, all the 'Mentions Found' 'On Page Wins' 'Ranking Highlights' info is just making the report over long and less to the point. Is there anyway of taking some of the dashboard into the report instead of the whole kaboodle? Or is there another module that will give me total visits not just organic? Many Thanks in advance Chris

Rank tracker
I know I being a bit daft here so bear with me.... I am using the rank tracker to track changes to keywords over time. The "track History button" is clicked to track these keywords. But when I download the CSV, the columns for last week, last month etc are empty. Only the latest column is populated. I believe I set this up last month. Shoudn't those columns hold the tracked rankings from this time? What am I doing wrong?

Moz reporting reliable?
I have been working with our MIS department on addressing our errors on duplicate content and titles caused by parameter URLs. MIS insists that they have solved the problem with canonical tags, which are in place. They said they were getting warnings from Google and Bing, but that after they put the canonical tags in place, those went away. They are questioning the Moz reports, suggesting that I instead rely on SEO Toolit by Microsoft. (As an aside, we are using SharePoint 2010, crossing our fingers for an upgrade to 2013, which presumably will make a lot of the issues we’re having go away). So my questions are: 1) Why are these Moz reports reporting all of these errors that have supposedly been rectified (in 2011)? Do I disregard the duplicate content/title errors on the Moz report and defer to SEO Toolkit, as MIS suggests?
