Date Range Control On Custom Reports?
-
I noticed on my dashboard that I have the ability to switch between a most recent weekly view and a monthly view, which is great because I can compare site progress on a monthly basis when the full months data has been prepared.
Problem is, there doesn't seem to be an obvious similar control on the custom reporting tab. Ideally, I would like to be able to create custom reports that are based on Monthly metrics rather than weekly.
This seems like pretty basic functionality, surely, I'm overlooking something simple here? Can you all steer me in the right direction on this, thanks!

Hey Jeff - I was able to hop into your account and check out the stats - changing from weekly to monthly is looking good on my end. If you are seeing issues or discrepancies with the reporting send them over to help@moz.com or click the blue chat button on the bottom-right of the screen in Moz.

Yes, been running these since January but just realized that it's only pulling the last weeks data, not the full month (kind of misleading for a monthly report)
-
Ah. Sounds like support will have to chime in on that one. Quick question though, do you have a month's worth of data to report on yet?

Hey Ryan,
Thanks for the response on this. While I get you can schedule reports on a weekly/monthly basis, it doesn't appear that the content within the report it's referencing is based on that.
So for instance, if I go into the modules tab and reference the "Traffic From Organic Search" view that I have added, it by default shows me the last weeks results. I see I have the ability to switch this to monthly on this view, but the change doesn't seem to save when I progress to the end and generate the report, it still references the most recent week.
What I would like is be able to display search results within these custom reports on a monthly basis opposed to the most recent week.

Hi Jeff. The timeline portion is handled via the scheduling drop down at the end of the report. The link for that would be: http://analytics.moz.com/reports/[YOUR.MOZNUMBER]/schedule/[YOUR.REPORT.NUMBER]
There you'll have the option to schedule the report generation and set the daily, weekly, or monthly time frame. Cheers!

Setting timescales in Custom Reports
Hi, is it possible to set a timescale throughout a Custom Report without having to remember to change the timescale for each individual module?

I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?
How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.

Copy a custom report
I'm monitoring 14 of our companies websites. When I have setup one custom report I would like to copy that report setup to another campaign so they all report the same. Guess I'm lazy but great if I don't need to redo the work 14 times.

I connected a MOZ campaign to a client's Analytics. It seems it's connected properly with the same Analytics ID # and everything, but the stats still show 0 in MOZ, even though there are thousands of visits in Analytics for the same date range. Pls help! Derek

How do I add the date range to the PDF reports?
Sorry, I know this is a silly question but I have added the modules that I want for each domain's weekly report. The reports are generating and mailing as they should be but it doesn't display the date range of the report anywhere. I have them set to weekly reports but it should definitely show the date range of the information included in the report. Am I missing something or do I have to add to the top? If so, how do I add that? I am thinking it should be the first thing on the reports.
