Local Citation Building Services Similar to Yext
-
I have several clients looking for local submission services similar to Yext (since they are already subsribers). Can anyone suggest a service similar to Yext for an SBO.
Likewise, do any of you know any local citation services that are similar to Yext, but specifically for the hotel/hospitality industry?
I was considering localeze.com, but I'm skeptical because I believe the citations I will be getting there will be similar to the ones I'm getting on Yext.
Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi J.P.,
Not that I can personally recommend, no, but I do hear other people speaking well of Bright Local as well if you want to pay per citation. However, I don't know if they do niche specific directories, as Whitespark does.
P.S. This is Miriam writing, by the way, but I'm in Mozzer Alliance at the moment.

Yes, I've used WhiteSpark as well and found that they were quite helpful, however, many of the other services currently offering local citations don't seem to be very "high quality". Are there any other services besides Moz Local and WhiteSpark you would recommend?

Hey J.P.,
I've heard good things about Moz Local, too
However, we won't push specifically to hospitality directories, as we focus mainly on the big aggregators.
I believe Whitespark's citation building service will do niche-specific directories. You might want to check them out: https://www.whitespark.ca/citation-building-submission-service

I've heard good things about Moz Local.

I am having an issue with multiple Google local listings.
We assigned separate numbers for each local listing (using Call Tracking Metrics). However, recently our listings were suspended and when I read through terms of service it says the number has to match on the location page. We use dynamic numbers - so of course that number doesn't show up. Would it work to also add the local number to the page in addition to the dynamic number? Or has anyone figured out a work around?

Evidence that high organic rankings impact positioning in the Google local pack?
I'm looking for articles/evidence that if you have a high ranking organic listing that it will improve your chances of being in the local pack. I came across this about a year ago, but I have had trouble finding articles to support this. Does anybody know of any recent articles and/or studies that show a correlation of high organic listings and local pack visibility? Thanks!

A question for a real citation building PRO (I am totally lost on this one) Thank you for ANY help!
Quick Q for your (local) SEO gurus. I have a client who has bought a number of local companies. (advertising, printing, graphic design, vehicle wraps) to compliment his screen printing, embroidery, etc business. ALL of these companies run out of the SAME address. What makes it even harder is he wants to continue operating them as separate companies. Fortunately, he is OK with using different phone numbers for each business but on the website (we are building for him) ALL the companies are represented like it is all one big happy company. How the H@#$ do I build citations for this business! 🙂 ??? THANK YOU FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS!! If I use the one 'parent' company building citations is a challenge bcs they do so MANY things in one location. If I try and build citations for 5 companies w the same address - that can't be a good idea either. If the plan is to eventually fold all these companies into the one parent company *(waiting to hear back on that) I would think the BEST advice would be to use the ONE phone number and address and just shoot for a general 'marketing' category. Increasing positions in local maps
Our team is working with a small law firm and we haven’t had as much luck increasing their local visibility for those key terms that they would like to rank for: Santa Barbara accident attorney/lawyer injury attorney Santa Barbara wrongful death injury lawyers serious injury attorney Santa Barbara We’ve currently got an 87% on Moz Local, 12 5 star reviews on Google+ and are working to raise the bar, however the client is unhappy not being on the top 3 - there are also instances where firms with 0 reviews, non verified G+ pages who rank higher than them. They lost a lot of links when they moved from a large marketing firm specializing in working with attorneys to our firm, which could be a factor. Although we’re gaining ground, they are considering going back as they only want the results - and I don’t blame them. Would appreciate any tips, thoughts, or advice so we can help this client.

Local SEO For Agents
My company has local offices all over the United States, similar to what you would find with insurance, financial advisory services or real estate. We would like these individuals to rank in their local communities. A few questions: (1) Do we need to set up a unique local website for each of these agents or can we build a unique page for each of these agents on our main website. (2) Agent(s) within a city can each provide their services to individual in or near that city, but they don't offer their service regionally or nationally. (3) The agents are generally home based and while there is no concern having their phone number listed, there is some issue with showing a private home address. How does this limit local search and are there any alternatives. Thanks in advance

Local sites to make sure I'm listed in - which ones?
I'd love to know what sites this community deems most important when looking at whether my business & site are listed there. I know the obvious - Google Places, Yahoo Maps, Bing Local, Yelp. Foursquare. What others do you consider to be "mission critical" to the general market? Thanks!
