All of my blog titles have disappeared. In need of Wordpress help.
-
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but here it goes. All of the titles on my real estate website have disappeared. I have spent hours looking through different forums trying to figure out how to make them show up. Also whenever I hover the cursor over links they turn to white and disappear as well.
This is the website: http://www.acolerealty.com/blog/
If this helps here is the custom CSS in worpress is the following:
/* GREEN */
body {background: #eff3ec !important;}
.header-membership {
background: #fff !important;
box-shadow: none !important;
border-bottom: 2px solid #e5e9e3 !important;

Yes, change the color in places I've mentioned to whatever colors you want. Swap #fcf9f9 to whatever color.

Thanks so much for your help Dmitrii. I agree Im in over my head with the developing side of things, just trying to find a fix for this error I created by mistake.
Could you tell me what I would need to do to fix this? Change the color? Is there a code I need to add to the Custom CSS in wordpress. Or what i need to delete?
Thanks for your time much appreciated.

Hi there.
you have inline css code, line#173:
#content a:hover, #sidebar a:hover, .social a:hover, .member-bar a:hover, #home-search a:hover,.paging_full_numbers a:hover, .placester_properties a:hover, #content .person-name a, #content .post-title a,#sidebar .widget-title a {
- font-family: arial !important;
- color: #fcf9f9 !important;
_}_This is what makes anchors become invisible on hover.Exactly the same reason for your titles not showing up. because titles are links and they are that "white color. The same inline css - line #181.Cheers.P.S. I recommend you hire a front-end developer, who understands this stuff, otherwise you gonna waste countless hours scouting web for answers which don't exist.

SEO Strategy help
Hi, I run a B2B 3rd party retail ecommerce site and I am kind of stuck on how to implement my SEO strategy.
Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | steve45058
So I learned from AdWords data that the best converting words to my site is the (Brand name, Model Number). Many of my B2B customers already know what they want/are looking for. Now this is all fine and dandy for adwords, but I don't really know how to implement this strategy on the SEO side. I do rank decent for some of these product keywords, but 99% of them I do not (which confuses me because some of the brands I rank high for are the more popular brands eg. more competition.) When I do keyword research on SEMRush or another site, it tells me that the competition for this type of keyword strategy is extremely high. Any Help, Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!1 -

Url structure of a blog
We are trying to work out what the best structure for our blog is as we want each page to rank as highly as possible, we were looking at a flat structure similar to http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/ where every posts is after the blog/ but not in category's although the viewers can look in different category's from the top buttons on the page- photoshop - icons etc or we where going to go for the structured way- blog/photoshop/blog-post.html the only problem is that we will end up 4 deep at least with this and at least 80 characters in the url. any help would be appreciated. Thanks Shaun

Hierachy in a Title Tag Needed?
When coding the title tags of a website, is it important to note the hierarchy of the website so the search engine can find that page? So, for example, the title tag would be, for a subcategory: Webpage Subcategory>Category>Website name Does this help the search engine rankings at all? Or can the search engines figure out the hierarchy by reading a sitemap or the HTML readable navigation? Then you could focus on the descriptive keywords of the subcategory page for the title tag. Also, should you always include the site name in the title tag?

Anchor text help
Hello, I am a small website designer in Mexico.. as you know it is hard to rank in these keywords My main competitors appear with (diseño web = web design) on google.com.mx Almost 80% of the anchor text from my links are (diseño web Mexico =web design Mexico) If I search (diseño web Mexico =web design) on google.com.mx I appear on first page. If I search (diseño web = web design) on google.com.mx I appear on page 3. My questions: Is this because my anchor text is diseño web Mexico? should i change it to (diseño web = web design)? Or is it because (diseño web = web design) is a harder key word to rank? this is my website http://bit.ly/eKyWvr Regards
